Rebecca Ajulu-Bushell talks about feeling like an outsider on the competitive stage, overcoming fears of open water, and the intensity of training at the highest level of pool swimming. Her career spanned 10 years and during that time she became a world number one and British champion - she won the 50m and 100m breaststroke in 2010.
