Great use of space for a small shotgun house! I grew up in around shotgun houses most of my youth, and I only recently in the last 10 years started to really appreciate them. And, if there is another way for the main house to get to the backyard, that bottom space could be turned into rental income or private space for a teenager.
Oh absolutely! This home was designed in a way that makes it feel much more spacious than its square footage.
I really don't like the idea of having a bathroom towards the front of the house, with a window looking out onto the front porch. However, everything else is stunning.
Yes. This home is beautiful. I would definitely recommend privacy blinds in that bathroom, but everything is was nicely executed.

It's not as open as other layouts, but I do love what the architect was able to do with the space.
Atlanta has beautiful homes. 1700 square feet and he is able to fit 4 bedrooms
