In this video I take you through the unboxing, installation and setup of a Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra robot vacuum cleaner, including the external mop dryer which doesn't come as standard with the S7. At the end of the video I give you my view of my experience, so far, with the S7 Robot Vacuum.

I am interested in the s7 max v because of the camera access but I am wondering if the s8 max pro ultra is the way to go since reactive ai on the s7 max v will be a thing of the past.

I would have gone with the S8 Pro Ultra. but I couldn't get my hands on one in the UK. I've only had the S7 for a few weeks and I'm happy with it. I haven't used the camera that much. I'm pleased I bought the mop dryer add on for the S7. But with the S8 Pro Ultra you would have to worry about that as drying comes with the Ultra base, you may also get a better vacuuming experience with the S8 due to the duel roller system.
