traced from "Guest Mix: 60's French Beat, Garage and Yé-yé on vinyl with Can Plak", so excited to see those LEGO modular buildings on the shelf as a LEGO fan, never expected, thanks for these videos!
I'm just now catching up with your videos, and wow, this was a really fabulous entry. Great visuals and editing as always, but what I really enjoyed and felt inspired by was the interview with Can. Not only as he went through his records and explained his history with the hobby and his shop; but also what he said about trying to given unknown or lesser-known artists more exposure through his curation of his shop's stock, and about how the internet is really allowing for these artists to have a wider global audience. Otherwise, their music would eventually be lost to memory and time. Thank you for being part of this movement, by making your videos and sharing wonderful music with the world.
Damn!! This a great video and I can’t wait to go to Istanbul and visit this record shop!! Looks like record heaven!! Valuable jewels like what this shop possesses definitely brings people together!! Maybe the world leaders of the world need to come to this shop and talk music instead of talking politics!! Long live records!!
this channel and adventures in sound are my favorite youtube music channels. i have expanded my musical taste so much through these two channels. i always look forward to your post and his.
This is the kind of content that's worth producing because it's timeless knowledge. I can come back to this video years later and still learn from it and appreciate the soul of vinyl music. Thank you.
Amazing recommendations and beautiful vid. Love the opening "soundtrack" jam, as well. Bless up! Love the featured "record shop" concept for the channel.
This is a series that, in future, I'll rewatch and remember being still as good as when I first watched it. Also, I'd recognise that intro tune anywhere, because I used it, too! Lakey's awesome. :)
thank you bro for introducing me to Can Plak...and I learned about some records I have not heard about before...no matter how good a digger you are you can always learn more...I really have to visit Turkey this year...peace from Mexico (Abstrakt Soundz)
Wow. I have always seen Turkey like a very strict religious country, with people and places like these nonexistent. Now I really understand what prejudices are. I will visit Istambul soon for sure.
