A bit of an update to this: First of all: Scrolling on mobile, try just holding down on a sound and dragging directly up and down. To move around sounds vertically, start by moving it horizontally and then moving it up/down Also: I mention in the video that this would be part 1 of 2. I wrote and filmed part 2 a while back but I honestly don't think it ended up being super valuable information. The demo song I made for it never really got developed further, and most of what I talked about ended up being vaguer than I wanted yet still not all-encompassing. I've thought about trying to go for it again but at least in this point in time, I'm just going to say there's no part 2 being planned. I still might work on covers in the site though (as of this comment I have one scheduled for release in a few hours :) )

I think what you want is to make a fade-away over time, where you use the volume action and decrease the volume on each piece of percussion as it fades out. If you're putting a melody over it you don't want to get quieter, you'll have to change the volume for those parts back to 100% as well.

I know I'm 2 weeks late, but I used to have the same problem as you with scaling notes on a touchpad, but I figured out you can use arrow keys instead. Hope this helps!

Question: I tried left clicking on the sounds, but nothing appeared in the sequence. I could still interact with the sequence, and could even play the sequence, but it was just a gray box with nothing in it. Do you know how I could fix this problem? Edit 1: Temporary solution: When I scroll down in the sequence, the sound/action that I am currently hovering over magically appears for some reason, so I have to scroll down on every sound/action I place to see what's there. This is obviously not a great solution, so most advice is greatly appreciated. Sounds/Actions that are moved disappear again.
If you're talking about mobile I have no idea If you have a mouse with no scroll wheel I think you can use the arrow keys while hovering over something?

Unfortunately not really. The site is made mainly for use on Desktops. Some people have made things on mobile, there's usually a way to get the notes to scroll depending on your device, but nothing particularly intuitive or obvious

Short answer: No (or at least not yet, Colon has said he wanted to implement something like that) Long answer: You can open your file generated by the site and copy and paste blocks in large amounts
Some sounds you can artificially stretch out like the car or bleep by just muting the old one and playing it again but otherwise you can't extend sounds
he didn't male the website abd its dragging up and down. its kinda finnicky so you might end up moving it instead. if it _consistently_ is moving instead of changing pitch, then make sure youre on the mobile site. under the Sounds header it should say to tap and hold, instead of right and left click like it does in the video. if youre on the mobile site and still can't do it then the only advice i can give is to move more vertically, because it is very very finnicky

Don't think there's anything specific to the site I've ever seen before, I just have generic answers like: - Make sure the site isn't muted - Clear your cache and make sure you have enough memory to load things - If you're using Bluetooth try getting something else to play while using the site to see if it makes noise Hope you can figure out what's going on
it might be your browser not playing sounds by default? check your settings for 'audio autoplay' or something similar. if thats not it then idk. -im like a year late you probably dont have this problem or care about it anymore-
Each sound is based on it's completely unaltered state and it's a semitone per + so what note each sound is differs between sounds and you'll kind of have to play it by ear

I installed the thirty dollar rewrite but it broke the entire website and now i can no longer use it and the songs i have made without it are now broken so I had to delete months of work because of you.
I don't know what script you installed because the Thirty Dollar Rewrite has been deleted and incompatible with the site for like a year. The page now links to "related scripts" which aren't the same thing, so I took the link down to prevent anyone else from getting confused. Try going into your TamperMonkey settings in the top right of your browser (might be underneath a button like a puzzle piece) and deleting the script. Your files shouldn't be ruined or incompatible or anything, I don't know how they could be, but I also don't know what you downloaded, so hopefully getting rid of the extension brings the site back to normal for you
Alright I did a bit more digging and basically you just downloaded a copy of the Thirty Dollar Rewrite, but since the site has been updated it's not compatible anymore. Make sure you turn off the script and probably delete it like I said in the last comment, and then yeah it does mess up the files a little bit, but not a ton and fixing them should be possible. I hope you can fix your files (if you deleted them check your recycle bin, this is also why I always take backups of files that I'm working on) and I'm really sorry this happened to you. I've gone through all of my videos and deleted the Thirty Dollar Rewrite link to prevent any future confusion
IDK what you did to your files but the script itself should be pretty simple to remove. While you're on the website, go to the top right corner of your browser and there should be either a button for Tampermonkey or it's in a dropdown after pushing a button like a puzzle piece. Click on Tampermonkey, click on the > arrow next to Thirty Dollar Rewrite, and then hit delete script then refresh the site
The rewrite was made for an older version of the site. There's no reason to use it anymore since the dev of the rewrite worked with the dev of the site to get all the rewrite features implemented :) There's no need to worry about installing the rewrite anymore
That's just a limitation of the site, it slows down as song length increases. If you want a little bit of extra stability close other tabs/windows to save on RAM space, but generally the best thing to do for really long songs is work on stuff in multiple separate project files then modify the files (by opening in Notepad or something) to merge them together

A lot of sounds/instruments have other high pitched sounds that kinda sound like them when the pitch is lowered, which also makes them slower
