yes it is a quiet place although it is close to both Mogan Mall and Europa Centre. You can faintly hear the live music from the bars in the Europa Center in the evening, but nothing that disturbs your sleep. There is a footpath to the beach, which is approx. 1.2 km, it takes about 15 minutes to walk there. We sometimes took a taxi, it only cost approx. 3 euros and takes quite a few minutes :-) We can really recommend the hotel and will gladly come back there another time
