What protein powder do you use? I like a good protein shake sometimes if rushing about. I need to try the alpro vanilla yoghurt. I’ve heard it tastes really good. ❤xxxx

I found Silk coconut milk, no sugar, 1 cup ( I am in the US so it has to be translated to your measurements)is only 40 calories!
