Awesome! That was my biggest problem taking the injections manually. Really freaky kind of "self harm" feeling and always had someone else like the nurse do it.
Just started a weekly testosterone injection treatment for low t and I watched this and ordered the needle guide 90 from the link you provided. I hope you get a kick back for your referral. Thank you for your help, I hope life is good in your world.
I use 22 ga to draw and 25 ga to inject. 22 ga draw is so I can use a (10 ml) vial multiple times. Not needed for the 1ml vials 25 ga for injecting. It takes about 3-6 seconds to inject (depending on dose).

So i place the bag there and tighten my belt or whatever it is im wearing to hold the bag in place, then usually lay on the side without the bag and catch up on emails or whatever. After 15-20 minutes, youll be ready to go, which youll be able to tell bc the ice will have begun to melt due to your body heat. When you inject, you wont feel a thing. The only problem you might have is sometimes it’s actually hard to tell whether you’ve penetrated your skin. The only thing I can say is better safe than sorry. After a few times, you can move your hand down from the plunger and youll be able to tell by how far away the tube and plunger are from your skin. You def want to get it into the muscle. If you inject in between, itll still absorb, but itll lump and hurt for a few days.
I don't know the laws in the states regarding this, but in the Netherlands you're not even allowed to inject yourself. This because of the health insurance standards.

The surprising fact he shared was when he stated that in some European countries, you have to go to a clinic to get testosterone injections. Finally, there's at least one advantage when comparing ourselves to other countries when it comes to healthcare. I started using testosterone recently, and the whole kit is sent to me. The most difficult thing for me was the testosterone itself was thick, and it was difficult to push the syringe, especially the angle I was using. I was injecting it into the gluteus muscle, with a 25g 5/8 inch needle. I was following the instructions of the medical personnel I was getting it from. The first time I tried it, I thought I did something wrong because it felt like the plunger wasn't moving. I pulled the needle out, looked at it, and saw that it had gone down some. So I reinserted it and finished. The next time I injected it into my thigh, like Ryan, where I could see what's going on. This was a lot easier.
@@bubble_nut5000 yeah and with it shooting into your skin as it shows in the video, i dont think its safe in my opinion, i'd rather administer the shot myself and slip by the veins and push them out of the way, rather than pierce something like a nerve, it looks cool in all but is it really worth doing over normal shots? Mine went from 15 down to 1. What is going on. I do let some drip out to get the bubbles out. I never change back to the huge18 I draw with. I was a big chicken tonight but I did it.
Thanks for the video. Not sure if I'm ever gonna inject testosterone myself, but I think it's a possibility. At least in Finland it's a common way to get it done in a healthcenter/hospital. I was just diagnosed with a very low T (1.0 nmol/l) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. So now it's one shot of Sustanon 250 every 4 weeks. I'm not sure it's enough though. Question about the video: Shouldn't it take like 2 minutes to inject the testosterone? I guess it depends on the substance youre using or maybe it's just that the device is fast.
I’m going to find a way for someone to help me purchase these and my income is non existent and still trying for disability. I cannot give myself shots. Can’t stand it. But this would make it so much easier for me. Like you, I would shake. Sit and try over and over to get the courage just to stick it in. After it goes in, it almost never hurts, but I just can’t do it. When I had my family doctor doing it they would put it in my hip and that was easier for me. The last time I tried to put my shot in I spent literally 3 hours before I was finally able to stick myself. Not kidding. It’s a mental thing, and just so hard to do. This would make it so much easier for me and without all the worry. The only other concern is hitting a vein or artery, but aside from that, this is a great option. Thank you so much for sharing!
I just used the auto-injector for the first time. It was amazing. You can only order the clinical trial test samples from Union Medico. But if you look at it, it really is a simple device. Just make sure to order the right one based on the syringe and needle you use. Their site makes it pretty easy though. It cost me $150 shipped via FedEx and arrived in days. Worth every penny.
@@LivingwithXXY There going great. I have gone from freaking out about doing my injections to now they are almost as easy as taking my blood pressure pills. What's cool is that should things change where I would have to take daily injections for some reason, I would not dread it. I'm like, bring it on if it should go that way. Thank you for your demonstration. I know it is helping a lot of people who need to take care of their health learn that there is a way to make it better and easier for them.
i have a small tumour in my pituitary gland and currently my testosterone level is very low and my prolactin level is very high.I am taking sustanon 250 every two weeks.i am going to order your autoinjector for aure.thanx buddy.
The only small thing I will add is after you draw your medication into the syringe, before you remove the drawing needle pull back on th syringe slightly(You will be surprised how much test is in the needle itself)then put your smaller needle on and push the medicine back to the top of the new needle. If you inject 1 or 2 times a week after a month you would be wasting over 1/2 ml of medication.Hope everyone gets this and it's easy to understand.
@@LivingwithXXY next time you do an injection after your done pull the plunger back and see how much oil is left in the syringe it adds up.Many people are switching to daily injection with Insulin pins to not have waist.
I use 21 to withdraw and 23 to inject. Although someone else does the injections into the arm. It's once every 2 weeks. Needles don't bother me, but it IS starting to get annoying. I'm going to ask my doctor more about the implants. Supposedly it's every few months and the testosterone is spread slower so that there's no Ups and Downs and a doctor will have to do it. But I think i'd like it better than a shot every 2 weeks.
Hey there, sir - I see this is an extremely old video, but I don't understand why you would want to, well, first, only inject once per week since that will cause major issues with your levels fluctuating (which I'm sure you know as you've been on it for a long time), but it also causes side effects due to the fluctuation. I honestly think you would feel a lot better moving to at least twice a week using something like Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate. Second, why are you using 22g 1" to inject for TRT? You don't have to use a 22g needle - you can use a 25g 1" or even, since you're only injecting half a cc - you can inject using an insulin needle and even regular insulin syringe! You stated it could take up to 5 minutes to inject with a 25g? I'm not sure where you heard this, but it literally takes under ten seconds. It takes a little longer to push out with a 27g needle, but you form almost zero scar tissue and it is just a lot cleaner and you don't have to worry about injecting 1.5" deep (or even 1" deep) unless you have a large amount of subcutaneous fat, which it doesn't look like you do at all. Also, you don't want to inject say... More than about 1ml if you are going shallow intramuscular (so 1/2" needle will work fine) as you could potentially see some lumping especially if you were injecting, say, even 80 units (from an insulin syringe) every other day using a 1/2" needle as you really only want to go in one main area (on either side) - that is the side of your glute. It will not run the risk of hitting a nerve and especially hitting your sciatic nerve on the right glute - you do not want that! I actually hit nerves on a few occasions even when just using a 25g 1" - and especially when using 23g 1.5" I hit nerves and really was just harpooning myself injecting every second day... I am using 120mg of Testosterone Cypionate per week now down first from 200mg/week to 160mg/week now down to 120mg/week, so I inject every second day to keep my levels extremely steady if that makes sense? Even though the half life is technically 5 days for the Cypionate ester, you don't want to go that long usually because after only 72 hours the levels have dropped enough that if you are, let's say, prone to certain side effects like acne or something like... Even niple sensiivity and such - you want to make sure that you have enough active androgenic activity in that area combating the active estrogen (which includes much more than just your estradiol serum) acting on that site so you don't develop swelling and eventually hardening under the nipples - what we know of as gynecomastia. I hope this post helps someone out even though this is such an old video - I doubt anyone will read it.... Have a great day!
@eduar ed Hey brother! I am now living in the US in Colorado. Anyhow, getting used to injections using Sustanon may not be the best idea, my friend. As far as test goes, that is probably the most pip-inducing version (perhaps on the same level as prop actually, but I use Test P and I love it). I mean, after a while you will be using whatever ester you want and whatever dosage makes the most sense for you and your goals etc... I would _strongly_ suggest against an oral-only cycle. It will send negative feedback to your HPTAA as well as causing not only your test but all estrogens crash terribly leaving you with depression, zero sex drive, really very little drive period, etc... Is it only your dislike of injections that is keeping you from this, buddy? I can tell you this, my friend - if you are not obese, you can inject some Test Cyp or Test E for very cheap into just about any area since, despite the "virgin pip" you won't have hardly any discomfort upon injection as long as you are using a decent source for your test cyp/test e, you will have a real cycle on your hands and as long as you do your PCT, you should be absolutely fine.
@eduar ed Sure, not a problem! Wait, so I am looking back and just checking... You are injecting the Sustanon, right? I mean... You must not have any issue with pinning based on that, brother? So yes, sorry - you would be able to do Test E every week - it would be best to do it at least twice to keep your levels as stable as possible - so if you are doing.... Say... 250mg/week, then that would normally be 1ml of long ester test. I would do .5ml, or 50 units on an insulin syringe (assuming it is a 100 unit 1ml syringe of course and not one of those 50 unit .5 ml syringes) with a smaller needle - so maybe a 27g 1.25" needle would be very comfortable for you since you are getting used to pinning still? The insulin syringe/needle combos will work; however, you have to make sure you are pretty lean before using those... Regarding PCT - That is only if you are not on TRT already and not planning on cruising between cycles. If you don't plan on cruising on test (I usually cruise at about 160mg/week or up to 200mg/week, but now that I have put on a good amount more tissue and mass, I will probably go up to about 250mg/week for my cruise. If not cruising, you will want to use enclomiphene citrate or clomid along with hCG and HMG to use for about 6 weeks total (you can use for 2 weeks and then 2 weeks, but that isn't long enough in my opinion because it will take your Test E up to 30 days or more to clear your system. You wanna start your PCT, or just let it go on, after that period and then go on for another month after that. Let me know if you need any more info, buddy!
Thanks for showing me this and the injection tool. I have low testosterone but not from your condition I just have low testosterone because I'm older. I'm scared if needles and have my testosterone for a while now but haven't used it because I'm nervous 😂

23 gauge needles move the medicine into you fairly quickly, and surprisingly hurt less than a 22 gauge. Just use a 17g or so to draw it up. I've taken testosterone for 20 years but if I have to give myself a leg injection I still get nervous because when it sucks it REALLY sucks. If someone else is doing it though then I have no control. This device would be nice though.
I think i might have this. I have small hands, small wrists, small testicles and ears but i’m 6’2 and have long arms. Low libido and no energy and my handwriting is like a kids. It awful. First time i heard about this syndrome was today. Definitely have to do a check up at the doctor.
I've given myself somewhere between 50-100 injections in my thigh and then one day I found I just can't manage to poke myself. It makes me mad because I know it doesn't really hurt but now it's in my head. So I shopped for and found the device you are using. I haven't ordered one yet. Are you still using it? Did it work out okay for you. The price is worth it if I can stop paying the doctors office to give me my weekly shots. I'm probably paying every month what that device costs.

Best of luck!
Aspirate is not needed anymore. Our doctors dont recomend it anymore.
@@LivingwithXXY I'm not referring to aspiration.Im referring to the 1/10 of an ml that's left in the syringe if you go to the 1 ml line.
@@LivingwithXXY next time you do an injection after your done pull the plunger back and see how much oil is left in the syringe it adds up.Many people are switching to daily injection with Insulin pins to not have waist.
@@LivingwithXXY and why would they recommend to not aspirate?
do u take anything else with trt ? like hcg to keep fertility? and what dose u take? thank u
Hope you can reply where did you get the syringe gun, if that is what it is called?
Hi , I have a one question does klinefelter syndrome male have normal total testosterone level ?
Aonde compro aparelho . Sou do brazil . Aqui não têm
Ive changed it up 21 to dram and 25 to inject.
i didn't see you take off the needle guard on the 22 gauge needle, it was still on the needle when you loaded it??
Thank you for sharing. I think I might have the courage to do it myself now!
Go for it!
@eduar ed Probably not LOL
What’s the advantages of injecting using that device?
It takes away the fear of the jab.
What test is useful to find this syndrome
How long did it take to arrive after ordering?
Thanks for showing me this and the injection tool.
I have low testosterone but not from your condition I just have low testosterone because I'm older.
I'm scared if needles and have my testosterone for a while now but haven't used it because I'm nervous 😂
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks I couldn't agree with you more. Im 59 low t at 213. But scared like hell of the needles also. Even a doctor giving me the injection I hate the burn and sting from the needle though this video may change my mind.
You are great man. Thanks for sharing your life I would love to see more videos like that.

Thank you
That machine looks great, but the second needle you installed did not have any testosterone in it but air. Is that dangerous?
Thanks for your concern, Ryan has been doing shots for 20+ years and has it under control.
@@LivingwithXXY yeah, i didn't see him even take off the needle cap on the 18 gauge, so there's that.
I live in the US and ordered one of these injector assists. After getting held up in customs for 4 extra weeks, it came broken and the company hasn't returned my emails yet 😢. So I guess order with caution.
They are really good at returning calls. Wonder why it was broken? Send jesper.hulbaek@unionmedico.com an email.
Can you pull back and check for blood when using this device?
You wasted some test left in the large needle, you should draw back on the 18 gauge getting any left in the needle before changing them.
Yes, you are right, I was more nervous about making the video when I did this. That never happens but good point!
@@LivingwithXXY I really enjoyed your videos, I don’t personally have xxy but I have been dealing with declining test levels and the trouble of getting a prescription and stigma around it.Im glad you don’t let anything hold you back from livening your life the way you want. enjoy the holidays man.✌️
Good jobs Mate 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you
Thx
23 gauge needles move the medicine into you fairly quickly, and surprisingly hurt less than a 22 gauge. Just use a 17g or so to draw it up. I've taken testosterone for 20 years but if I have to give myself a leg injection I still get nervous because when it sucks it REALLY sucks. If someone else is doing it though then I have no control. This device would be nice though.
I now use a 25g needle to inject. Pain free every time.
Could you please let me know the name of the tool you use and any ideas where I can buy it?

I think i might have this. I have small hands, small wrists, small testicles and ears but i’m 6’2 and have long arms. Low libido and no energy and my handwriting is like a kids. It awful. First time i heard about this syndrome was today. Definitely have to do a check up at the doctor.
Do yourself a favor and have your doctor refer you to an endocrinologist for a proper diagnosis.
thanks for the video
You're welcome
Ryan, have you experienced hair loss, hair fall etc. after taking Testosterone shots ?
Ive only experienced hair growing on my entire body. Ive been on T for 24 years now.

do testosterone booster pills work?
No, our bodies dont make testosterone in the first place or very little.
Ik this is kinda late but do u know if it’s approved by Canada’s health and safety crap
No idea. You can buy directly from their website so I wouldn't see an issue. It's like buying something from the internet.
Do you have to order this from overseas? Anyone have a phone number? The website looks confusing
This guy who looks like me was shooting tren into his leg at gym. He was leaving and a used syringe fell out his pocket
Hi, I use testosterone gel named Tostrex, every day. Is not my problem, but is good for people that are afraid of needles
Is yours still working ? Mine jammed and the company does not answer my emails .
I have had some issues with them doing this after a year or two of use. I havent been able to contact them either.

As a regular guy with regular testosterone, sounds like this syndrome really sucks man
No it doesnt really suck. Its part of who I am. I am a regular guy just like you.
Hi, i have a question. Don't you get grumpy or agressive from those testosterone shots? And if so how do you handle it?
No, its my lifeline.
With the device you are still looking yourself... You just don't SEE the poking. Is seeing the problem?
Hey man, I'm really enjoying this. I live in San Diego too. Question: are your testicles normal size?
Thanks
Well I consider them normal to me because that’s what I’ve got, but they are the size of almonds.
Hey there, I too have xxy....Live in the Boston area....@ 51yrs old I only learned on my condition when my wife and I tried to have a baby...anyway I’m on 2 daily gel packs.... what dose are you on..oh...Merry Christmas...thanks for sharing
Ya that is a big needle...ouchhh
Ooohhhh a smaller needle sticks you...thankfully
well, that's the "normal" size for 47 XXY's

No idea.
Hey brother. Whats the info on the auto injector?
www.unionmedico.com
Hi Ryan, thanks for your video! I'm about to start injections, and I was wondering which model of the UnionMedico Auto-Injector is FDA approved (or the one that you use)? Thanks in advance! Also, how quickly do you notice the effects of the testosterone? Does it have to build to a certain level before you notice anything? Thanks again.
Do I have to have injections or can I do the gel forever?
There are a few different types of testosterone.
Thanks!
No problem!
