    Thanks Bro
My beloved mother worked in the medical field and believed in the field she worked in
As a government worker back in the days
She worked in various rural villages
People in the villages looked healthily and strong
People in their 100yrs still going to work in the farm
    Meanwhile people in the UK
Some 70yrs old in the nursing home pumped up with prescriptions 🤨
Isolated from family with loss equality of life 🤨
My beloved mother that was in Nigeria that was so into western medicine
She even looked down on the rural village people but she past away in her 70s with her western medicine
Those in the village have a more natural lifestyle
    Anything natural is better
    Don't care what anyone say
I do not believe aka be- lie-ve
I know because I seen it and experienced it for my self and I did not read it nor was told or inform by statistics
    Saw it myself

I am a Christian, but we should never underestimate the importance of traditional practices. The white man came and told us that our traditional practices were evil, believe or not the have their own practices that are not religious. The catholic uses these things to cast out evil spirits. We need to respect our traditional practices.

IT'S SURPRISING THAT UNTIL TODAY & WITH ALL THE INFORMATION OUT THERE SOME UA-camRS ARE STILL CLUELESS ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF CHRISTIANITY. THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE MOTHER CONTINENT THOUSANDS OF YEARS BEFORE THE EUROPEANS STEPPED THEIR FEET ON THE CONTINENT. DO THEY KNOW THAT ALL THE GREEK PHILOSOPHERS STUDIED IN AFRICA? DO THEY KNOW THAT ALL BOOKS CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THE GREEK PHILOSOPHERS WERE IN FACT ST*LEN FROM AFRICA BY ALEXANDER THE SO-CALLED GREAT & OTHERS? THEY TOOK THEM TO EUROPE TO COPY, PLAGIARIZED THEM & CLAIMED TO BE THE AUTHORS. DO AFRICANS KNOW THAT BY 2350 BC AFRICANS HAD ALREADY WRITTEN THE 42 LAWS OF MA'AT FROM WHERE THE 10 COMMANDMENTS WERE COPIED? AFRICANS & AFRICA ARE THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING. UNFORTUNATELY, THE WHITE MAN HAD COLONIZED THE BRAINS OF MOST AFRICANS TO THE EXTENT THAT VERY FEW AFRICANS CAN THINK BEYOND THE BIBLE, QURAN.... THEY CAN'T THINK BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF CHRISTIANITY & ISLAM. THAT'S BEYOND 2000 OR 3000 OR 4000 OR 5000 OR 10000 OR MORE YEARS AGO.

The fact that there are many people who are "advanced in years" when on average people in Nigeria die off at 55 years indicates that "Ude" isn't "make believe".
What fascinates me is that there are many communities in Nigeria that have a distinguishing feature. I remember you introduced us to the community with the highest incidence of twin births in the world. This isn't coincidence.
I believe other countries around the world have communities that are endowed with one gift or another.

African people are generally long lived, even in places with an African population outside of Africa, like the USA, Brasil and the Caribbean, the Africans are among the longest lived. What brings the down the average life expectancy is the high infant mortality rate. I Suspect this is not the only region in Nigeria where people live to 90 and more.

Were you 60years old when he died? My calculation is that your own father must have had you at 30? And his own father had him at about 25 years old - cos back then they used to marry quite early. Just record as much our history as you can, old talk and all. So much of our knowledge, good and bad (Juju and all) has and is being lost.
Some might sound ridiculous or even evil but knowledge is POWER. You're in a good place to record it and maybe in the future we can use technology and study to not just save our history but put it to Good Use.
God be with you my man. You might go down in history if you record enough in DETAIL. 🙏

Wow she can still see clearly. My own granny died at 145. She's my granny forever tho she never had my dad. But rather a friend to my father's mom to whom my biological granny left my dad and brother to on her dieing bed. Due to that this friend of my original granny never had a child of her own and never enjoyed marriage because any man that'll come her way would mistreat the boys (my dad and uncle). So she decided to trade her own happiness for that of my father and uncle. Also God blessed her and the kids that they built her a house and made her not to lack a thing. This woman at that age could walk to any part of the village after old age took her sight and could still cook. But to us she'd have to rub her hands around our faces and body then mention our names. Hhhhmmmmm this is the only realistic person I've witnessed growing up till she left the surface of the earth. Neither my dad nor uncle told us this story till after she died.

Be careful not to reveal the secret. Write down the secret, don't sell it to the Europeans and the Americans. If you sell the secret, the Europeans and the Americans 🗽 pharmaceutical companies will produce generic drugs 💊 from it, and sell it back to Africa at exorbitant prices on high-interest credit difficult to repay back. Europeans and Americans will then use the unpaid debt as an opportunity to exploit the resources used for making the longevity ritual and take it to Europe and the USA.
Africa will get, or benefit nothing from it.

Diet, Lifestyle, Genetics and environmental factors play different roles in making people live long.
If people inherit genes for diabetes or Hypertension from their parents, they already have reduced chance of living very long (up to 90yrs for example). This is because the complications of those conditions may prevent them from living to see old age- Stroke, Diabetic complications are known to shorten life.
The same goes for cancer and other chronic conditions that can be passed from parents to their offsprings.
Village life prevents people from exposure to air pollution (from exhaust pipes of vehicles & factories) experienced in the urban areas.
Villages also eat fresh food which do not contain preservatives and contaminants that can cause Cancer which will eventually shorten life.
Village people do not pass through the daily Lagos stress that is killing!😂
I believe these factors play a role in those villagers living longer than the average population in Nigeria.
The genetic factor is very crucial.
