I still don't get Evelyn's train of thought tbh. The supers were already illegal, and she goes out of her way faking everything to make them legal... only to put on a show to demonstrate they should stay illegal? Am I missing something?
I think to to ensure they stay illegal forever? Like if it looks as though they conspired (i think thats the right word?) to become legal to take over and 'rule' everything, but where then 'defeated', no one will want them to ever be legal again in case it happens again. I think 😂
They were illegal but there were people who still believed in them and some(like Frozone or the Incredibles) still performed heroic actions, she wanted people to hate them as much as she did so that no one would believe in them anymore and they would just disappear for ever
I disagree that the way they dealt with Dash was bad parenting. For one thing the moment he shows his superspeed they have to move to another state and get new identities because of the laws around superpowers and for another it's terrible sportsmanship because he is always going to win every running race he does against every other human child he competes against. It's the equivalent of you and I being allowed to run while the others crawl or hop. He would become the most insufferable, resented kid in the school because of it or would quickly get bored of acquiring trophies he didn't have to do anything to 'earn'.
Can't be proud of the professional sports star demolishing the 7-year-olds in the youth league. It is much better for the professional sports star to let the kids win every once in a while.
Is it though? I don't recall any rules against using super powers just against being a hero. I mean I'm sure there would be protests against someone with superspeed entering a race but I don't think there's any laws against it as long as he's not using that speed to save someone.
@@liamwarner5749 that's actually a good point, I mean I understand why Flash competing in a race could be unfair until he controls his power (because otherwise he is actually naturally good at sports) but I guess keeping Supers a secrecy made it so they couldn't or didn't even think about "don't use your power to get unfair advantages in everyday life where people are mostly average." You’re not kidding about the mask thing. I was at a convention a few years ago, I ran into a friend cosplaying as Wolverine in the classic blue and yellow spandex, and even with the cowl on, I instantly recognized him. No, I did not know he was going as Wolverine.
To be fair, there’s a difference between a friend you’ve known for a long time and some stranger you only see already wearing the cowl very infrequently.
If anything, the pandemic has demonstrated that a simple face mask doesn't conceal one's identity. I saw this instagram post of a girl spotting an actor at a starbucks and he was wearing a face mask. So yeah.
Then again no one would think that their friend or someone they know actually has superpowers. They’d probably make jokes about how they look/act alike though. Maybe acting like they are the superhero but not actually believing it themselves.
Yh didn’t they want Linda Hunt to do it but when she heard his audio for it she said “you don’t need me you already have it”! It’s why Edna looks so much like her they always wanted her to voice it.
I liked the second movie, but I thought that the twist would be that Evelyn wasn't the villain. She likes things over people, she has a darker view on life than her brother, she is introverted, she lives in a tall tower; she's got so many "I am the villain" markers on her that I thought the big reveal was going to be that it isn't her. Then it was her.
That’s exactly the same thing I thought. This also happened for me personally with Knives out. I had been told there was an incredible plot twist, so I was waiting for it to come but apparently you weren’t supposed to think it was the character I thought was supposed to be the obvious one. Turns out that was the plot twist, that it was him all along. I still feel like incredibles played around enough with the idea of it so it was interesting. But yeah it wasn’t surprising.
All the details you never notice on the first viewing. His office cubicle had a building pillar in it, taking up most of the space. The other people's cubicles could have multiple filing cabinets, while his stuff is in cardboard boxes on the far side of the pillar. Even as a civilian, he was getting crapped on.
It wasn't just a pillar, either! It was a massive conduit for electrical cables for the whole building. The insurance company was so fixated on saving money that they didn't simply place cubicles around the conduit, they just installed one with the conduit going right through it and Bob was unlucky enough to get that cubicle (which would be cramped even for someone smaller than him!) In fact, InsuriCare (the company he used to work for) cut so many corners, that in the scene where his boss calls him into his office and the boss has his hand on that document he keeps fixing, here's what the document is: It's a newsletter to InsuriCare employees telling them that the cost of paperclips, staples, and stationery will be docked from their paychecks. Then the newsletter thanks InsuriCare employees for having the highest profit that year for the company (due to so much sleazy cost-cutting.) Smh. 😡🙄😒
Something most people don't realize is that Mirage had been stalking Frozone/Lucius to send to Syndrome, where Frozone likely would've died. She said "Yes, he's here. The fat guy (Bob) is with him. They're just... talking." She wasn't initially looking for Bob. It was an accident that she found him and realized he was the super who shunned Syndrome 15 years ago, and decided to send Bob instead for Syndrome to exact his revenge on Mr. Incredible.
@@instantchaos2385 Because the volcano would've made it easy for the robot to defeat Frozone? Yeah, due to how quickly he dehydrated and lost his ability to generate ice during the burning building scene, he would've been a goner in the volcano 😬 😢
One cool detail in the second movie is the heroes the father called, the ones that never came. They never mention it directly, but they didn't come because they were dead- they were some of the heroes syndrome killed over the years of improving his robot.
Fun fact in the time that the first Incredibles is set in the law stating that you're aloud to stop a suicide even if you hurt them in the process didn't exist yet. So yes the man in the beginning could sue him for what he did back then.
With buddy, it’s not mr. incredibles fault buddy turned out the way he did. The last scene of him as a child, when he had the bomb on his foot, mr.incredibles was trying to save him and buddy was just not listening. If it wasn’t for mr.incredibles buddy would be dead.
Kronos or Cronus was a titan, he was the Father of Zeus and ruled over all. Until Zeus overthrew him. The Symbolism here is that the supers where the the titans and Syndrome views himself as the God that will over throw them.
Greek mythology be crazy. Cronus was time itself and rhea his wife (also sister 🤢) was was the flow of reality. Together they created flowing time. Then Cronus EATS HIS OWN KIDS to keep power. All except Zeus and just… DX too much drama lol but I love the symbolism in this film :)
@@captainteeko4579 'Crazy' is the biggest understatement since Guy Fawkes said 'I think I'm in trouble'. And Yes, I am Joking about that, but you get the idea.
I actually like that Bob wants to be out there superheroing WITH her, but when she calls talking about doing his dream he sucks it up and is supportive while she's in the moment. He doesn't make it about him, because it's NOT about him and he wants to support his wife, it was just rubbed in his face a bit so he was deflating a bit😂
The "Kronos" for the password was in the cave because Gazer beam must've figured it out when and when almost dead used his eyes to leave a message for any other hero's that show up.
To be fair with the secret identities, celebrities (like Dolly Parton and Chris Hemsworth for example, if I'm remembering correctly) have lost look-alike-contests for themselves.

Honestly if I had super speed I would enter races and have my friends place insane bets on what position I would come in. With super speed you cod control what place you come in.
I mean wouldn't he be able to control his power tho? Or is it uncomfortable? Like Bob has super strength, but he has the ability to handle things with normal human strength. It isnt the default for him. So wouldn't Dash also have the ability to run at a normal speed?
More of an advantage yes but its natural he was born that way. Its unfair but is it any more unfair than my racing against Usain Bolt at his peak? I can train, exercise and prepare but he's still going to be faster than me by a lot.
@@liamwarner5749Sports have rules and regulations to prevent an unfair advantage. Athletes are often categorized by age, gender, size, etc.. So Dash using his super speed would be like having an adult compete in a race against young children.
The pixar mum bod is iconic and will forever be the epitome of attractiveness ALSO I NEVER REALISED SYNDROMES BOMB WAS IN THE SHAPE OF THE INCREDIBLES SYMBOL
I think that was a bit of symbolism that he looked up to Mr. Incredible and he destroyed Buddy so he used that symbol to destroy Mr. Incredible. I don't know, just something to think about it.
I recommend the Shorts ‘Jack Jack Attack’ and ‘Auntie Edna’ they are a must viewing of what happened while Jack Jack wasn’t with the family in the movies.
The train rescue is a parallel to when Bob did the same thing in the first movie, to put further distance between them. He does it, people get hurt. She does it, no one does. That's why both trains tilt slightly at the end.
I still enjoy Incredibles 2, but it doesn't compare to the first. If the Underminer was secretly working for Screenslaver it would have made the movie better imo, since making the supers look bad is her plan. Instead of Brad Bird being like "Sometimes the bad guy gets away" just saying there could have been more to it. But every new hero (except Voyd) was kinda just there
Agreed, even tho i love Incredibles 2... it isn't as good as the original in anyway. The only thing that's better on Incredibles 2 for me... it's the animation.
6:47 there is actually a short non animated storyboard of what happened a while back before dash and jack jack were born and violet was still a baby where they almost expose themselves
There is a theory that Edna is able to see small visions of the future. Which is why she is so against capes (cause she saw death attached to them) but its also in the first movie where she made the babies outfit before finding out what the babys powers were. Which included several for jack jacks powers. Aside from that jack jacks diapers must be amazing for him to do all that with very few diaper destruction/missing moments
She knows how those heroes died, though. It's not her imagining future situations, it's facts. If you have the bonus DVD you can find secret filed on all the heroes mentioned in the movie, even those used for the screen that shows some heroes dying to thr omnidroid. You can then find out the girl who got sucked into the plane was just a teenager.
Then there’s me who keeps recognising the game and can’t remember ever playing it and just assumed it was actually in the movie, I also had a lot of game (none-digital) and colour books merch of incredibles as a kid, I also for some reason keep thinking of old Batman/Joker games I used to play whenever incredibles is brought up prolly some weird memory nostalgia trip
11:29 Kronos was a specific figure (King of the Titans) in Greek Mythology. He's the dude who ate all of his children (Poseidon, Hades, etc.) except for Zeus. He was tricked into eating a rock instead and, way later, Zeus dined with him and fed him a mixture of mustard and wine (I think) which made him throw up all of his other kids. Then the gods overthrew the Titans. I don't know what the significance of it in this movie is though. Maybe because Kronos was once good (killed his tyrannical dad and ruled over the Golden Age) before something happened (he got a prophecy) and then he became evil (and ate his kids)?? So maybe that's what Buddy sees himself as--someone powerful who was once good, but was wronged and because bad? I don't really know. It might just be the titan thing. LOL And don't blame me for any misinformation--I mostly just read Percy Jackson haha Edit: Someone else in the comments just said that the symbolism was probably that the supers were the titans and Syndrome was the god who'd over throw them. That's probably a much better analysis LOL
19:17 Ok, unpopular opinion maybe, but I kind of prefer Tony's second design more because he looks younger; he looks like an actual (albeit stylized because this is a cartoon) kid. When I saw the first movie as a kid, I couldn't understand why Violet liked him because I thought he was a grownup. Turns out, Pixar got better at animating facial features for different ages.
I've seen incredibles 2 before, but while watching this reaction I was thinking the same. I prefer the older animation style instead of this newer more cartoony looking one
Omg that was my FAVORITE MOVIE OFF ALL TIMES. My mom told me that when I was younger I watched and rewatched this movie on VHS when I was like 3 years old I am currently 17 and this movie has a sweet spot in my heart. So glad you watched💕 keep the AMAZING work LOVE YAAAAA
13:21 you'd think so and normally you'd indeed be correct, but i believe this is something referred to as the clark kent effect or something similar. essentially it's about how you'd think that wouldn't protect their identities but that's mainly because we get to have close ups of their faces and stuff in these movies/shows, in reality unless the hero actively stops for interviews or gatherings of people then most people would see em carrying out hero work or fighting from a distance and likely wouldn't get a good enough sight of their more distinguishing features that might help identify someone. Add that to the good ole hyperbole and you'll likely have people making exaggerations about their general physical features, for example superman, he's fairly muscled and his super suit tends to display such, considering how strong he is there's bound to be exaggeration about his own physique that lead to people not recognizing him due to changes in how he carries/postures himself between his secret identity/super suit
I respectfully disagree with it being Mr. Incredibles'/Bob Parr's fault that Syndrome turned out the way he did. Yeah he was a bit harsh in his rejection of his fan, but Syndrome was WAY out of line doing the things he did back then, even if he was a kid. A UA-camr named Eddache has a great video about Syndrome as a character and the reveal scene, going into both and explaining how toxic Syndrome was being Mr. Incredible's "fan", as well as being manipulative and uncaring from the start. I highly recommend you give it a watch as its a really well done video, and its his choice for his "One Villainous Scene" analysis video to boot~
I'm glad you reacted to both of these back-to-back! I still watch the first movie as an adult and while I wasn't hugely impressed by the second movie, I still enjoyed it. It was strange to watch the second movie as an adult, and not feel the same emotions that I felt when I watched the first movie. As an example, I was roughly 8 when I saw the Incredibles for the first time and I cried my eyes out when Helen and the kids were trying to avoid the missiles. To be fair, I was a very emotional child and as an older sibling who thought I had to be the sole protector of my four younger siblings, that scene was a nightmare. On a completely different note, I love the soundtracks for both films!
The titan Kronos was a figure in Greek mythology. He was the father of Zues and the rest of the main pantheon. To stop them from growing up and overtaking his rule, he ate each one of them as a new born. Zues managed to escape this fate when his mother tricked Kronos into eating a rock wrapped in blankets instead. When Zues was older, he returned to his father and offered himself as a cupbearer. Not knowing who he was, Kronos accepted. One evening, Zues slipped poisen into his father's drink which made the titan throw up all his previous children, who'd grown into adults in his stomach. Zues led his family into war which ended with Kronos getting deposed and sliced apart with his own scythe. I believe Syndrome's password is referencing the new generation replacing/killing the old. In his mind, Mr Incredible is Kronos, and he's Zues about to start his own era of power. Kronos was also known as the Lord of time, and some stories say his spirit is wondering the world endlessly swinging his scythe back and forth like a pendulum marking the seconds, so that would explain your Google results.
Lot of people will disagree with me, but my opinion is that the original incredibles shouldve stayed without continuation, the bar was set really high. Original incredibles cannot be beaten for many reasons but iam not gonna talk about that here. Incredibles 2 was really , really poor attempt that iam sure was adapted for todays modern film standards, right from the beginning the film just didnt seem right and felt really weird and out of the place. The new supers were poorly designed and ridicoulous. There is just so many aspects that are out of the place for me, but then again people of the new generation liked it probably because they didnt grow up on original incredibles, so i guess its fine but i was wondering if iam the only one is all.
I agree with you. I don’t know how the second one would do if it were an original, I think there’s a reason I’ve seen different responses to it. I think I just see it as an attempted repeat. Like Star Wars 7 is to 4. Not terrible, but it’s a repeat. And there’s mixed responses to that movie too. If only I could share the other perspectives to understand them
Felt like a cash in sequel...but many years too late. I think there's a time when bad sequels to good movies probably could have got an eyeroll and ignored forever. but with how good The Incredibles was and how long it's been since then, it's kind of an insult that not only did it not live up to the standard set by the first movie, which is almost forgivable because it's so high, it's not even a good movie on it's own. It feels a lot like they just threw some stuff together and called it a day.
26:29 I don't think that would kill someone, because the coin would probably reach Terminal velocity, where it can't accelerate any more, before hitting the person, so i don't think the speed of terminal velocity would kill them, because the coin doesn't have enough mass
The Incredibles is an deep and layered film, with death, marital problems and other complex issues that children couldn't (and aren't meant to) completely understand. The bright colours and fight scenes and the larger strokes of the story clearly appeal to children, but it isn't a children's movie. The Incredibles 2 is a children's movie, with some very heavy-handed political issues slapped on top. Lacklustre villain, poorly constructed plot, and I genuinely think the character designs have become too stylised, not to mention the ridiculousness that is the new superhero designs (how exactly does owl man blend into normal society?). The fight scenes are probably the only redeeming feature, and even those get old towards the end, what with how many they put in to pad out the thin plot.
@@noname-jt6kl you can’t look at Dash’s hair in the second movie and tell me it looks the same. But that’s a very small issue compared to most of the rest, so 🤷♀️

The first incredibles Is one of my favorite Pixar movies, mostly because of the animation I hated how it looked so different and new in the second movie
I feel like if they had made Dicker (I dont know his fuckin name) the real bad guy and made the plot about causing tragedies that warranted supers to save the day so that they could legalise them again ( with the help of the siblings whole super rebranding initiative) it would have been a bit more compelling and rounded out. the family would have this turmoil of fighting their friend who only really has the best intentions for them and super but is doing things in an unnecessarily extreme way. idk I think that would have been cooler than having Evelyn be like some sucky twist villain. she'd be cooler as an accomplice while dicker is the real twist villian
Absolutely amazing reaction my King! I really really love the first one (Of course) your accent is pretty hot also! I love your videos and I cannot wait to see your next one Sir! Thank you very much for blessing us!
Kronos wasn't just a titan, he was the top titan. Father of Zeus, Poseidon and Hades, when he learned that his children were fated to overthrow him - just as he overthrew his father Uranus by castrating him - he ate his children, all but Zeus who was hidden away. The connection could be the mythology with Syndrome seeing himself as the Zeus figure overthrowing the titan after it 'consumed' the other heroes, but apparently there's also a film with a robot that can only be destroyed by itself, like the Omnidroid. Hardcore fans didn't have to wait that long for Underminer because they actually did a game with him. Rise of the Underminer let you play as Mr. Incredible and Frozone. Incredibles 2 was a bit in the middle, I think it didn't work for me so much because it decided just to do the first movie but with Elastigirl doing better than Mr. Incredible (I mean, hero work is his passion, can't fault him for wanting to do it) in every given scenario, except for scouting the purely obvious villain with the obvious villain name: Evelyn Dever = Evil Endeavor. It abandoned most of the first movie's development and nerfed Mr Incredible hard I mean he got outmuscled SO MUCH in 2! Can't even 'uncrush' some pipes, I also didn't like the whole 'dad can't handle what mom does on the daily' bit, it felt pretty outdated. Violet's conclusion didn't work for me either, her role isn't to 'stay back and watch the baby' her forcefields would've worked amazingly in stopping the boat.
It seemed to be going back and forth on the whole "dad can't take care of kids" thing. It's like they wrote the plot both ways and then thought just mashing them together would somehow make a balanced and nuanced depiction of it but it didn't, it just made an odd mess.
Edna was truly epic. They'd offered the voice role to Lily Tomlin but when she heard Brad Bird's "temporary" voiceover she said there was no way she could do better.
26:28 I once read about the coin and its scientifically false. The most it will do is give you a headache but otherwise gravity works the same at any height, so even if you drop a coin from the top of the Himalayas, the speed of its fall will stay the same as well as its weight as if you simply dropped it from the top of your chair.
@@cassidukes8877 thats what I thought too. I think they changed it for localization reasons. Like how "Harry Potter and the philosophers stone" is "Harry Potter and the sorcerers stone" in the US.
Personally I feel like incredibles 2 wanted to have a whole new story with the incredibles but hit a snag with the underminer, so instead of dealing with him off screen they very roughly sent him out of the story to work in the plot with screenslaver.
For me idk if it was an imitation but I didn’t find it as enjoyable as the first cause it lacked anything special and the villain was way too predictable and idk the film doesn’t sit well with me
I think the only thing bad about the second movie is the villain itself. They didn't even try to make Screensaver appealing. It was so obvious who was it going to be.
Kronos is actually the king of titans, he swallowed his children hades, poseidon, and others. But except zeus since his mother hid him and kronos was mistaken by thinking the baby which were actually rock's was zeus.
Fun Fact: Cronus is a titan god in greek mythology (the generation before Zeus and Posidion and Hades) he was told by an oracle that his children would dethrone him as king of the gods. So logically, he ATE all of his children as soon as they were born, but Zeus was smuggled away. He eventually grows up and comes back, frees his siblings still in their father's stomach, and leads a war to kill the titans and take said thone. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy sort of thing.
"You complain about something being broken when 5 seconds later, you would have been splattered on the ground" *Stifled laughter* just a few more minutes....
Ye, about that coin thing No, it doesn't happen. A coin cannot fall as fast as a bullet because it achieves terminal velocity, as in, it's weight on Earth's gravity doesn't allow for that kind of speed. Conversely, for it to happen, a bullet fired in the same conditions and trajectory would have to not lose any acceleration - and it does. However, a bullet's shape and it's spin, given by the rifling of the gun barrel, may help reduce its deacceleration effect
9:19 The "satisfying" element to the first movie's design was the retrofuturism; that element of 1962's tech and the ideals from back then of what would look futuristic. We're much more advanced than that now, but the first movie still seems so sleek and James Bond-y! As different as the second movie's technology is, I still like that they added present-day tech to old-fashioned devices; Elastigirl's Elasticycle had a police scanner on it, but it was touch-screened. There were large TV monitors and computer screens, but they were black and green. Even the villain's super high-tech plots revolved around hypnosis and mind control, which were large themes in scary movies and evil plots in movies made in the 60's.
The sequel (in my opinion) is absolutely irrelevant. It leaves us pretty much exactly where the first one left off. It was a rehash with a less interesting villain and not as much heart as the first. A bunch more Jack-Jack gags and a spec of the emotional moments of the first. I might be a little harsh with some of that. I2 is painfully unimportant.
Holy shit, you made me realize that IS Saul Like I'd read Winston's VA's name before but I'd already forgotten by the time I learned about Breaking Bad and Saul Goodman
The fact that 2 characters in Incredibles 2 are played by Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul people makes me think that Walter White exists in this universe.
I played the game when I was little as well, I got stuck at the onmidroid level as well lol. Soon I did pass it bit eventually I got stuck at another one in which I didn't complete till I turned 14, I was 6 when I started it. Good memories XD
Howdy, have just discovered you and have binged a load of your videos! Wanted to comment here because Incredibles is my absolute favorite movie. I think one of the bottom lines is that the first movie, the directors talked about intentionally making it a dull family movie that just happened to have superpowers. Fighting over the remote, fighting over driving, fighting at lunch time, problems at the office, etc... There's this lovely arch with Violet, arguably the character we see the family strengthen through the most.... While in the second movie, you had the opposite. It was the same movie, but backwards. And instead of being really well grounded and therefore relatable but still having the cool "James Bond" and "superhero" combined feel that clearly has lots of success, the interviews with this one said they intentionally went crazy overboard in some areas. Jack-Jack being the obvious. In the second movie, there's just no connection, no real buildup, and no real care for any single character. Has some cool concepts, I really love how Bob is the "Violet" of this movie, where he learns very much to stretch himself and broaden his view. But fell really flat... I do agree though! Those of us who are big time fans of Incredibles are old now. It'd be cool to see something darker, more twisted, like what Syndrome was up to. I've always wondered about Mirage. I'd love to see more of this world. Without the attempt to turn everything the movie was originally good for around upside down.

I disagree that the way they dealt with Dash was bad parenting. For one thing the moment he shows his superspeed they have to move to another state and get new identities because of the laws around superpowers and for another it's terrible sportsmanship because he is always going to win every running race he does against every other human child he competes against. You’re not kidding about the mask thing. I was at a convention a few years ago, I ran into a friend cosplaying as Wolverine in the classic blue and yellow spandex, and even with the cowl on, I instantly recognized him. No, I did not know he was going as Wolverine.
But you knew he was going?
To be fair, there’s a difference between a friend you’ve known for a long time and some stranger you only see already wearing the cowl very infrequently.
If anything, the pandemic has demonstrated that a simple face mask doesn't conceal one's identity. I saw this instagram post of a girl spotting an actor at a starbucks and he was wearing a face mask. So yeah.
Then again no one would think that their friend or someone they know actually has superpowers. They’d probably make jokes about how they look/act alike though. Maybe acting like they are the superhero but not actually believing it themselves.
One fun fact for Welchy about Edna: she’s voiced by Brad Bird, the director. And it’s so fun that she’s so iconic
Yh didn’t they want Linda Hunt to do it but when she heard his audio for it she said “you don’t need me you already have it”! It’s why Edna looks so much like her they always wanted her to voice it.
@@lucysmith6530 yes!!!
That was the one thing that pissed me off for the second film 😭
my biggest grip is that her name is Evelyn Deavor which sounds so much like "Evil endeavor". It was just too on the nose.
Honestly I thought that it was going to be her brother too so when it was her I was just like "oh!"
It was soo obvious you expected the twist to not be her. So the ultimate twist would be for it to be her.
Incredible.
also that's the reason why the robot brought him to a volcano during the fight
@@instantchaos2385 Because the volcano would've made it easy for the robot to defeat Frozone? Yeah, due to how quickly he dehydrated and lost his ability to generate ice during the burning building scene, he would've been a goner in the volcano 😬 😢

You just made my day. Lol!

Kronos or Cronus was a titan, he was the Father of Zeus and ruled over all. Until Zeus overthrew him.

Apart of me kind of wish that The Underminer was the main baddie.
6:47 there is actually a short non animated storyboard of what happened a while back before dash and jack jack were born and violet was still a baby where they almost expose themselves
Kronos is the " Devourer of Gods" in Greek Mythology.
Edna Mode calls supers "Gods" when she describes how she hates designing for nonsuper models

LOL And don't blame me for any misinformation--I mostly just read Percy Jackson haha
Edit: Someone else in the comments just said that the symbolism was probably that the supers were the titans and Syndrome was the god who'd over throw them.
To me they look pretty similar
@@noname-jt6kl Similar yeah, but there is a difference

I love how you can see welchy’s face literally turn red when he’s coughing and then it fades back to normal color when he stops
I’m so angry that I waited ten years to find out what happened to the Underminer and he just got away
It’s so cool how welchy pointed out syndromes bomb was in the shape of the incredible icon soon as he said it my face dropped

It's not a bad opinion tbh some people just don't like sequels

*Top 10 lies told in History*
The characters look the same in both movies? How are they worse in the second?
@@noname-jt6kl you can’t look at Dash’s hair in the second movie and tell me it looks the same. But that’s a very small issue compared to most of the rest, so 🤷♀️

Isn't that kinda basically the plot of Unbreakable? It's probably even a little too similar and why they didn't go with that.
Great reactions as always

Ye, about that coin thing
No, it doesn't happen.

The two movies are really fun for sure. I love the lore that it builds for sure. Also you getting jump scared, lol that was amusing.
Here’s some movies for you to watch; Remo Williams: the adventure begins, and the adventures of buckaroo banzai: across the 8th dimension.
You should watch The Little Prince (the 2015 animated movie) it really has a cute message and I think is underrated.❤️
ALSO: thanks for straightening the umbrella, my mind is at peace now 😌
I feel like this guy needs a hug🙂

7:58 I'm so sorry, Welchy, I will never stop laughing after suffering through those jumpscares with you! And it's not my first time watching most of these movies, either; the jumspcares are just too powerful!
it's annoying, but disney made it so that if you hit the space bar, you activate the last button you clicked. if you clicked full screen and then space, it'll go in and out of full screen. but if you click play and then space, it will actually pause.
why can't people figure that out?
