quick tip: if you make your house out of pallets, make the pallets lines go vertical instead of horizontal to prevent employees from climbing up like they're ladders

tip; turn on grid building if you havent already, it makes the neatest buildings! (press q, set grid building to 1 instead of 0.01, press the green checkmark next to it, then start building)

Fact: building on shelves is the safest option.
You also need a roof because I didn't during a blood moon because me and my friend had just started building and a staff jumped to the top of the shelves and there were like 100 targeting us because we had a captive staff

for lighting i recommend small worklights they can light up a whole base and if you place them oncorners the whole room will be lit up
Small worklights can light up large rooms? I thought since they are smaller versions of the larger work light, it would light up smaller gaps or like couch bases

My steps to make a window: go to mod menu, click spawn menu, click dynamic, click the flooring, make the flooring glass, make the transparency 0.5/0.8, and your done
