Actually Kumagawa is not always evil, especially after his own arc, he shows that he can be a humorous character sometimes (he's still negative and use dirty tactics but he's more likely than he was before) and he's entertaining. But yeah, he has a negative/broken personnality that if you don't understand or if you look only this aspect of him, you simply won't like it. I understand why you don't like him however he's simply for me the character of the series.

Like teaching students who fail an exam how to write their answer in way that can't be misunderstood by the teacher, since in her mind it was unfathomable that someone could just fail to answer a question, it had to be a misunderstanding.
