Absolutely love how simple this is and giving more than one way to do it is amazing. My 4th grader loves the cross multiply method and says it's way easier that what his teacher taught
I am helping my daughter homeschool her daughter. We will be using this. I'm going to show her steps 1 and 2 and let her decide which one she likes better.
Thx soo much my teacher taught us it but i dont remember and pep is next month so to anyone who doesn't understand still heres an example: 6/16 is smaller than 7/17 bc 7 x 16=120 and 6 x 17 =102 and you always put the answer over to the top numbers part. Edit:your welcome😊
It's confusing but not for me because I have learnt that. I found the 3rd method more confusing. My opinion: 2nd is much easier so do that only. It's my opinion you can do any method in which you are good ❤ Edit: I liked my own comment bcuz nobody likes too.
did nobody taught you how to hold a pen? sorry if theres sad story behind then im so sorry but if not. LEARN HOW TO HOLD A FREAKING PEN!!! ITS SO ANNOYING TO SEE SOMEONE HOLDING LIKE THAT. Thank you.

Glad it was helpful!
or u could just multiply it with 100 to find the %
How you do that
ok then u explain
@@Night-88oyou multiply the numerator by denominator then it’ll give you a decimal you then multiply that decimal by 100 to get your percent
@@shaavxzyou multiply the numerator by denominator then it’ll give you a decimal you then multiply that decimal by 100 to get your percent
How???
This is gonna help for my test cause if ai did not watch this I was gonna get whooped 😂😂
Great
thanks for the vid
Is there an easier way.? The question was in a transfer test paper for an 11yr.
2nd method is called the butterfly method
Maybe, but we are told that this method is called cross-multiplication. 😮
Thanks
Just multiply (3/4) with (6/6)
and multiply (5/6) with (4/4)
It gives (18/24) and (20/24)
So (5/6) is bigger than (3/4)
Informative video
Thanks
The best method is the 1st
