If we're talking about just DBZ (no GT): Majin Buu & Janemba would definitely be the last ones standing, thanks to their overwhelming power and abundant hax abilities. Cell has the wit and fighting prowess to last a while, though he's egotistical and not invincible. Broly has a ton of durability and the ability to get stronger over time, but he's not immune to magic and not very smart. Buu & Janemba's abilities would prove useful against each other, especially matter metamorphosis and spacial warping. While Janemba is technically more powerful, Buu has the ability to absorb other fighters, and since he can fight forever, I'd argue that Majin Buu will eventually win the whole thing.
Even with GT villains buu would be the last standing because he has the most broken regen. I can only see omega lasting as long as him because his regeneration is also broken. However buu can also absorb and shapeshift and turn others into candy which gives him an undeniable advantage.
This collab is really impressive and it does stand out despite the absence of a few villains who would have made a fun addition like Bojack, Nappa, Super 13, Raditz, Vegeta and Hatchiyack among them.
Also, with absorption he must be careful who absorbs first because if the other see him absorb because if he absorbs some not strong enough the other may jump on him and kill him.

@@mynameis3738 not valid. It's a destructo disc type of attack that Goku used to slice Buu in half, that Krillin almost killed Nappa with, and that Krillin cut off Frieza's tail with. Even if Cell broke krillins destructo disc, that was because he was leagues ahead of krillin... But here? All the power levels have been equalized.

I feel like buuhan would win. He has the best regen and basically takes 0 physical damage, while being able to absorb people, and doesn't get tired.
He does get tired, he has nearly infinite satamina not fully infinite like the Androids.
Also, with absorption he must be careful who absorbs first because if the other see him absorb because if he absorbs some not strong enough the other may jump on him and kill him.
