Try to fan out or spread out the fabric inside the inskirt. It will help a lot. That is what I do with my saree!

It depends on what look your going for, few of my suggestions are,
linen saree with high fashion blouse if your going for Elegant look.
bright color cotton saree with glittery blouse for bold look .
work saree with stylish crop top for stylish fashion forward look.
Can u make a video on draping silk saree perfectly ...show with some light color saree coz pleats in black saree can't be viewed clearly

Sindhu just bought a linen saree after being inspired by this & white saree you wore on draping video. Let me know how to wash them, cos I feel it is so fragile unlike normal ones.
I would suggest washing it by hand. Dip it in soap water for 10 to 20 mins. Spot treat if you have any stains. Squeeze it gently and dry it in shade. Iron it before use. This is my preference. Hope it helps!

Thank you Sindhu. It was very helpful. I have a new cotton silk saree. I tried to wear it now but it is not too soft. Should I iron it with steam to make it softer ? Or just damp dry in the dryer? I will be repeatedly watching this video to make sure I have all the details.
Try steam ironing. But make sure the heat setting is right for your saree. If you don’t have a silk cotton heat setting, start with silk setting. It’s not advisable to wash the silk cotton as it will degrade the quality. The starch is what makes the saree stiff, so steaming should help the best.
Also refer to my other two cotton saree draping video, it has more details than this video.

Hey very helpful video.... just wanted to know the waist pleats should be behind one another or have some gap? What do you mean by arranging the pleats are you making them allign one behind other?
I usually align one behind the other, as I like the look. Check out my other video on cotton saree draping, I have explained it in detail.

Yes it's really helpful. I really liked it but the negative point is if we wear saree in leggings and attend some functions and feel going to wash room it's really not possible to go to wash room with leggings and saree combination.

I have a doubt that where do u pin the pallu on the leggings?
Place your saree diagonally covering your waist till you reach the right side leg. Then pin the saree and leggings/inskirt together. Hope it helps.

I can't get the curve that u get near ur knees.. for me whenever I wear a Saree it's just show me i have a straight leg. although I have curves.. was the mistake is in inskirt or in the way I drape?
It can be both. Wear inskirt according to your size never wear a larger size one. smaller the panel the better. Use the trick I show to adjust your pleats, it will help to enhance your curves! Hope it helps. Join my facebook group to discuss more!
