This was what I have been wanting and waiting for......to see Dorett cook Ackee. I want her to live long so she is around on my visit. She has to cook Ackee for me. Dorett is so well-mannered. This is how we Jamaican were raised. I love her!!!.

We call the callaloo bush, choroi bhaji or spinach in Trinidad ,and we use dasheen bush leaves for callaloo, the cerasee bush for us is wild carrilli or bitter melon
