- The chapter on "Safety & Infection Control" is the most heavily tested chapter on the Barber or Cosmetology Exam in every state. In this first, of three videos - we will break down the most important and heavily tested ideas in the chapter.
I got the materials from him and I watched ALL the videos posted. When I say this I mean it!!!!! All these questions were on my test. I passed 9/11/23. I’m so thankful to you for helping me. I was a student who’s teacher had her license only three years. She was only 20 and Paul Mitchell hired her. She literally sits on the phone and tells us you guys can work on whatever you want. If i didn’t know how to do hair I would’ve walked out with nothing. But I walked out with the opportunity to help myself. I bought the book (online version) and the fast pass questions. I watched these videos and I passed. All questions on the test I learned here, not in class. I passed the first time. I read and read the book. Don’t give up. I went to a crappy school with a big brand name but it doesn’t matter where you go. If your teacher doesn’t know how to teach you’re getting ripped off. This man knows his stuff. Thank you so much you saved me from wasting a year of my life and about 17gs and counting. I tell everyone to subscribe. Worth it !!!!!!

Congratulations on passing; and 100% agreement with your thoughts regarding schools and teachers. Unfortunately; many people believe a big name school is all they need to learn about hair and pass their exams.
Sadly; they are wrong.
What you need is a good teacher; and that teacher could be in the poorest school in town - you just have no way of knowing until exam day.
High school prices do not guarantee padding your licensing exam, if they did; every PM school would have a 100% pass rate - and they don’t!

02/27/24 passed my State board barber exam from the first time. I got 90. Thank God 🙏🙏🙏 and im from Illinois.
Total of 60 questions, i was done in about 45 minutes!

Just passed the test BARLEY! I recommend you listen to him watch the videos multiple times go back to your book and study the chapters that talk about shaving, dying and perming the hair almost failed but got lucky. I didn't study the book at all but please if you wanna make sure you pass the first time READ IT!

Congratulations; and thank you for pointing out to the students that there will be many questions on hair-coloring (dying) and permanent waving. Barber students always seemed SHOCKED when they see these questions on their exam.
