I have met and served with soldiers who went in at 18 in 01 and watched their sons and daughters enlist 18 years later and deploy to the same countries and same bs war. Just came from my annual checkup at the VA Honor Annex and the guy sitting down could have been any of us one of us that I saw there if no one cared. Watching the brother wrestle to convince him he is a vet too nearly made me cry. Everyone in the lobby and walking around on the hospital grounds are so courteous to each other.

I love this song SOOO FAQING MUCH but I can’t watch the video without crying myself. I wasn’t allowed to join the military because of a knee injury I suffered as a child. It disqualified me from even going to take the physical let alone go to boot camp. I sincerely love our military as my father and grandfather were veterans and I currently have a son in the Army. 🤘🏻🔥💥🙏🏻
If only this woman really knew what we gave up and anyone else that deployed, fought, and served what we left behind as combat vets has hardened me beyond explanation! But it's who I am and that's my kind of people!
A lot of people get mad at the VA for not helping more. They suck don't get me wrong, but their are a lot of vets who put in VA claims for hearing loss or eating disorders and dumb crap like that that screws over people who actually need the help.
I've seen 10000 soldier American cemeteries 2 world war it takes something to see so many dead imagine if we leave them in the street it's very complicated to give pensions to everyone to live decently some go back to their job and the pro military pay him every month but in a country at war he saved their country before money imagine the sacrifice
