Sir , 100X nahi hota , 100 lots hota hai , suppose 15% hni , suppose sme ipo 100 cr . Then hni 15 cr ,1000 people get 1 lot of 1.5 lacs , if ipo subscription 100x then total subscription value 1500 cr. If any one apply 100 lots i.e 1.5 lacs *100 = 1.5 cr apply then he get 1 confirm lot , sir you mentioned 100X that means by applying 1500 cr to get 1 lot

No dear it will be subscribed 101 times. Suppose agar koi sme ipo ka size 1 cr ka hai and 1 lot 1 lakh ka hai to 100 times over subscribe means 1 cr * 100= 100 crore honge. But aap 1 lot= 1 lakh * 100 times= 1 crore rupees lagaoge ( note 100 crore ) to yh 101 times hoga not 200 times.
