Atte Puisto I don’t think they can, changing the knockout animation system would require a complete up haul of the engine. Basically starting again. They might add a couple more motions but it will never look nearly as good as the physics based KOs in UFC 2

Ash Carst Yeah physics based KOs is the only way to get organic KOs that look unique each time. Now you’ve got like 5 preset animations and it just gets boring and repetitive

It’s still a good game though the knockouts are kinda off but the gameplay is enjoyable if you don’t pay attention to the flaws minimal glitches too
This is by far the best gameplay for a UFC game but the knockouts are all the same if you think about it. Just go full ragdoll
I rather have something realistic like a body stiffening up before a fall instead of just going limp if you think about that than it’s a way better game than you you think it is instead of just going limp in real ufc fight you see them stiffen up but in some they are loose and head bounces and stuff so a bit of eviroment based rag dolls would be cool but flipping to the other side of the octogon

You think a block is impenetrable it can be broken through
1 it’s knockout mode 2 your block can break and wear down if you are blocking continuous punches 3 he put down his block for a second and it doesn’t block sometimes

Unpopular opinion: these are some of the best knockouts in the ufc game series. Ufc 2 may have had cool ko's but these are a lot more realistic.
