I know by what I've been through in life ,It's better to grow through problems and pain with God on my side than without him
There is no rule above God that says God can teach people only through suffering, if he exists and really wants to, he can find a way to teach you everything you need to know without unnecessary suffering. So suffering only happens because God willingly choose suffering as a teaching method.
I ask the Holy Spirit to convict me daily and for Father GOD to press me daily. I can't live without GOD.

Praying everything is better. You have people praying for you that you never met. But God is letting you know that he has his hands on you. Father God thanks for all that you are and all that you do. You sit high and look low. I pray that you bless this person in ways that they can only understand that you have helped them. Give them a testimonie that no one can explain away from you. I pray now even when its been two years from this post that this person gives an update like no other. In Jesus's name amen and amen and amen.

Tough times are for tough people. God is trying to teach you something. The quicker you got it the quicker the pain will be over. Some red flags; toxic people... questionable Behavior... questionable habits. I hope this helps. One of the things that helps me is I isolate myself from the world. Be still and know that he is God.
Try to find the love of God, and let the spirit working inside your heart so that the pain will gone.. God bless..

I’ve been in severe chronic pain for a long time now, and I think I’m a good Christian but when something like this happens it absolutely changes you, there is nowhere to turn but to God. So I have gone through not just physical pain but I’ve lost my job, my home, my fiancé and every single thing I owned. It’s been a long hard road but through it all I’ve learned forgiveness and patience, acceptance and all the bitterness that I once felt is gone . I know that the Lord is with me and he will bring me through this for his glory. So it has brought me so much closer to him and for that I’m grateful.

I get angry. I start trying to find a remedy. I squirm in suffering. I'm learning to be still in suffering. God brings me peace amidst it and wisdom. I have been bitter. Please pray for me.
Gurl thank you for this, I just found out that I am pregnant, after being saved for 6 years, I first fell off my celibacy journey in 2022 and again this year and I am now pregnant. My situation is very hard coz my mom and lil sis are very narcissistic and I don’t earn enough money to move out
God allows things for various reasons, but I’ve found that it’s mostly to strengthen your faith in Him.
Charles Stanley had a way of explaining everything that brings such immense comfort. His legacy of these videos is an asset; anyone in emotional or physical suffering can hear and understand this message - it’s a blessing
I used to question God in my times of pain, suffering and temptations but now I know better. It all is in His hands. There's none to question Him for what He has done and what He will do. He knows me better than I know my self.

Yes, God is love. He wants the best for us, so He might allow pain to lead us to His best. Just as a loving earthly parent disciplines a child to grow them up to maturity. God's loving mercy extends to those who by faith in Jesus Christ become children of God.
Galatians 2:20 - "...The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." Psalm 36:7 - "How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings."

So true all my pain and suffering I went through everyone tells me to forget but I tell them I don't want to forget cause if I did I would not only be forgetting the pain but what I learned from it. I used what I learned to help others who are in pain.
Anything that draws me to God is good for me whether I like it or not. Good words to remember.

Check yourself if it's not a cancer. Lots of people start having stomack, back pain, nausea, fatigue, ...I'm praying you are healthy. But you should do all test, to make sure you are free of cancer.
Pet scan, ct scan, blood test,,,,etc....doctor will know what tests to do...oncologist.

Thank you Dr Stanley for spreading God's word.It's do true if we trust God He makes things better.Three years back after 30yrs of marriage my husband divorce me.He took everything from me.I was allowed only to take what belongs to me.Have no work because he didn't want me to work.He wanted me to depend on him.But with all i had to go through and in Covid God pick me up when i fall.He took me from that path even lose do much and still suffering and going through pain i trust only God because i know He has plans for my life.Please kerp me in your prayers i lost both my brothers at that time,my father 24yrs back and my Mom 10mnth ago.My youngest son is addicted my two other children both married go through hard times but i never stop praying for them.Even if satan using my children to get back at me God carries me and never leave me even in my suffering in the name ofJesus Amen🙏🙌🏼
I can refute his argument with the verse from the Bible.... "I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things."- Isaiah 45:7 God lets bad things happen in our lives on purpose.

That answer does not offer any comfort to someone who is suffering. That's easy to say if your NOT suffering. In time though you will suffer. Then you will know how this poor woman feels. There is no answer Dear Deborah. We all suffer sooner or later. Jesus suffered greatly. I feel that is why we all have to suffer. We all " bear our cross, " so to speak. I feel God does love us even though we must suffer. I dont understand it. No man does. In the end, all will be made right. Keep your Faith.
But what is love? Do what you want regardless of consequences to self, others and one's dependents? Love is not love. Love is a lot of things but it is not wishy-washy.

What is wrong?
“Why does the way of the wicked succeed?” (Jeremiah 12:1). Habakkuk also asked God, “Why do You remain silent when the wicked devours one more righteous than he?” (Habakkuk 1:13). I struggle with these verses right now. I know God is a righteous and merciful God and does not wish for any to perish but have everlasting life. However, when you feel like your are living with a demon possessed husband who is emotionally abusive, passive aggressive, lives a double life and has washed his hands of you and your son, it's hard to see God's goodness in this. When you have a controlling, narcissist of a mother who lives with you and adds to the issues in the household, you can't help but ask when is this all going to end? Where is the breakthrough? When is enough finally ENOUGH?
In the moments of my deepest pain, is where I felt Gods deepest love. God bless everyone.

Yes God allows pain and suffering to a woman I am caring for who is a woman of God. She was in the ministry for years. Went to Israel and Northern Ireland to minister. Now she is suffering with physical pain immensely. The Kird brought me to care for her for a reason. She brought me to the Lord while I was caring for her. And have been with her for six years now. The Lord brought me here. (Type over) sorry. I ask why often but know that where this woman will go next is a nursing home and I believe the Lord wants to use her there. She is a vessel to the Lord and is a true believer. As God speaks to her and is leading her to where she is needed to go.
I want to thank you Dr. Stanley for your input on why we suffer. My life has completely turned around caring for her. I know He has a plan for both of us. Thank you. I believe. ❤️🙏🏻✝️

v true...last year in june we got the letter from my husband office that Dec wd be his last working day..We were so shattered for 3 days but amidst that Lord spoked with me that trust me I have something big for u...1..nd half year we trusted Lord..sometimes storms of doubt came but HOLY SPIRIT helped us to overcome nd resist that....nd Praise Lord for his faithfulness in dec ..my Husband got joining letter in same company..In another department.....Praise Lord. ..He turned our sufferings into great joy...Amen
Matthew 12:31 (NASB) - "...any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven." This is the 'unpardonable sin'. Dr. Stanley explains this as denying Christ as the only way to heaven - believing you can ignore (blaspheme, slander) the Holy Spirit's conviction of your sin, call to repentance and faith in Jesus, supposing that you can earn salvation on your own merit.
So Jesus died only for 99% of sins?
In Touch Ministries I fall short of the glory of God. I call on Jesus to cover me with his blood.
How do people know what the act is?
And what if they blaspheme Numbers 11:19...
That's true but also in the Bible when the High Priests and the Pharisees said that Jesus had an unclean Spirit. That is also blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Matt 12:24.
You forgot Suicide and claiming to be the Christ....
O Mercyful Lord.. I am sorry for not understanding the purpose of the pain and suffering. I questioned you. I am ashamed and sorry for my disbelief Jesus. Please forgive me Lord Jesus. Please don't forsake me. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen

In short..I came to a end did not know what to do anymore, with my problems, Then on day it got real bad I came home to a notice on the door, I broke down and cried and then I felt God say give me your problems, so I took that notice folded it in half and I put it in my bible that means a lot to me, And I said God its in your hands..I prayed and then walk away from it..And I kid you not, God saved my home and gave me a great job...
I love him and think him so much....

I am not wondering why I am suffering, I wonder why other people are staving to death and dying of horrible diseases and stuff, that type of pain
I went through some tremendous pain for 2 years. It was just horrible. Now I look back and had I not gone through the pain I would not be as happy as I am today. Thankyou Dr. Stanley for helping me to see that. Godbless you.
Most of our pain is caused by ourselves and God gives us red flags and we ignore them. Disappointments are learning experience.

Because he's testing our loyalty to him a his love a plan for us all. To make us draw closer to him. We can't lean on our own understanding but we must have faith in God to direct a lead our paths to heaven. He also I believe let's things happen to get our attention.
I still don't understand and probably never will. The purpose i am still looking for. The depths of devastation that come are just devastating, nearly close to wanting death. The sufficiency of God for me has just been surviving and I don't understand how living in that place regularly is victory or ok?
God, if u don't help me, I don't have any solution. I stay here.but I just feel so unloved bc barely any good off sets it. Praying for us all to just cry out to God, trust Him to do what He will do, regardless
You are hoping for a paradise in this world , thats a wrong way of thinking, havent jesus said that his kingdom is not from this world? He himself was tortured and crucified, and HE was the messiah, he already told us that we would expect to have trouble in this world, but to take heart ! Because he defeated the world ! It means that this eartly life is not what god want us to live, theres another life other than here, an eternal life without pain and suffering, an ethernal happy life with our father !

I love Charles Stanley. And it is said that God will not put more upon us than we can handle but the world or satan or other people may certainly weigh us with more than we can withstand. Sometimes so much that we lose the will to carry on. Not talking about suicide but just lose the will to live. Life becomes meaningless and so we may begin to stop taking care of ourselves. 30,000 people in amerika each year take their lives which tells me more was laid upon them than they could handle and I'm certain many of those were Christians.
I need someone to talk to right now and while watching this all my question about “is it wrong to ask God presence in times of need only? And now you answer this .. im always guilty doing bad things but im more always guilty going to God when im in need i feel im a user and hypocrite thats not a sin ... i feel more sinner when i ask God’s presence cause i don’t remember him when im okay and when im happy 😞 sometimes we have to hear and listen this kind of things in order for us to know what we will do i am not a good person even after watching this but still i will try not to feel guilt everytime im trying to ask God prensence when im in pain because of my wrong doings 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
"Is it wrong to ask for God in times of need only?" Anytime you go to God is blessing (a good thing)! Once Jesus is accepted in your life, God never sees you as a sinful creature. He's sees your acts of sin, but doesn't see you as sin. Jesus already paid for every past, present, and future sin. However, we are flesh! That sinful nature on our part will most likely be ashamed to approach God because we messed up. People don't realize we sin more than we know! Sin doesn't have to be only physical. If you have no faith in God, that's a sin. There are so many unholy acts humans do unknowingly! So it's foolish to be aware of a particular sin that can keep God away from us! The more you spend time with Him, the more He can work in you! He knew everything about you before you were born! Still, God said, "I want JustbeYou Always in existence! I want JustbeYou Always to be saved through my Son Jesus Christ!" Satan will also try reminding you of your sin. This is normal for him because he's the "accuser!" He accuses us day and night, but God looks at Jesus saying, "Not guilty!" Just the fact you came on this board expressing your concerns about your relationship with God shows you love Him! You know how many things you could be doing instead on listening to Pastor Stanley? Most people run if you mention, "God!" I'm not implying you do, but if you think a particular sin keeps God away from you, that means the blood of Jesus wasn't good enough! Don't overthink your relationship with God! Just talk, pray, and worship! Even if you did something awful, pray to God anyway! Eventually, God will say, "That thing you keep doing, I got a work on that with you!"
He is faithful to forgive you if yu seek him from your heart.he loves you.repent.this is what he says.

Humility is important and sometimes loosing is a win if we can just stay humble and focused on God. Then wait on his leadership for true victory.
Wow that is so true.there are times you 💯 sure if you were in a situation you resist it but when you actually are in the situation everything is different.what I’ve learned from my own life so far is The world is full of pain and suffering but the different is when you suffer for the good the impact of it on your mind is way different than when you suffer from your sin!

That is suffering inflicted upon oneself because of wrongdoing. What about the enormouss suffering caused by covid-19, children left without parents etc... I'm talking about the suffering of people who have done no wrong.
What about child abuse, why is that allowed?

Love all of pastor Charles teachings but this does absolutely nothing to help me in any way shape or form! and I wouldn't expect it to help me he's only talking about the pain he knows but when you've experienced extremely traumatic tragedies in life there's no pastor on this earth or any other believers who can answer this difficult question for me. Only God can! Do I still love God? Yes! but these explinations really frustrate and anger me! why because it's all coming from people who haven't had these horrible tragedies, and I'm talking about painful real heartbreaking pain that rips your heart completely out and that you feel every single day. I appreciate pastor Charles wisdom he's a great man of God but until I meet Jesus only then can this question ever be answered, I'll forsure know then.

No pain no gain ,,, pain has brought me to peace it was showing me how to stop hate for all who have hurt me the ones who loved me did a tremendous bad job at the end of all I experinced forgiveness , I am glad of this road it brought me to my knees to love again ,, no more drugs alcohol sex ,to mask my pain rejoice in God the greatest healer of all PAIN ,,,, Try get on your knees you will see at the beginning lucifer will stop you from healing he is in our egos AMEN

Ive prayed countless times.
There is no end of her pain in sight, she did no wrong in her life. Yet she suffers as if she's tortured daily.
I understand being challnged, but this is just torture.
Ive cried so many times helpless tonhelp her.

I just wanted to say that it’s not your fault or your wife’s fault. Religion tends to unjustly place guilt on people and we accept it as truth. I’m sorry for what she is going through as well as yourself. This world is unfair to most everyone it seems. It almost seems that good and decent people suffer the most. I hope there is some sort of redemption for all of it. I feel for you. Best of luck wherever you are.
