If she was popular then before performing here at the festival in Busan, So Korea then she gained more fans and popularity because of this performance. In fact, she was invited the following year, 2018 to perform again. But as of today, I noticed that because of youtube and other media her rise is going steadily as evidenced in her original song Akin Ka Na Lang being covered by other singers from various countries to include one from UK. Her concerts abroad also show a varied audience demographic, i.e., there are a lot of Filipinos but then there are also reactors like you and those who have heard and seen her perform on youtube or TV that had gone the extra mile to watch her show. Time will tell whether she's going to be a global phenomenon; Rhett Lawrence, a U.S. producer is grooming her for better and bigger things to come so we all just have to wait and see. 2) Was Morissette the only performer from the Philippines or maybe someone else that also was invited to this music festival in Korea?
