You want to go to eat dosa in Mumbai? Thats like saying i want to go to middle of Istanbul to eat pizza. You can but that's not where you can get the best ramen. Dosa is a South Indian thing go to Tamil Nadu(Chennai) or other south states where dosa is made in every house hold not north where dosa is made mostly in restaurants.
