Beena S sister, i can't agree with you. They use tamarind in most of the vegetables and coconut oil. At allepuza fish curry is good and at Cochin fried foods are bit better rest are so so. If you are my tongue twister sister you may like their food.. Don't be angry 😂🙏
Tushar Mukherjee Please visit Kerala and try authentic food. Tamarind isn't used in all vegetables... where did you get that? Kerala is a spice market of India and its food is based on the ancient practices of ayurveda. It's one of most healthy cuisines you'd find.
That's true.. Spices are good.. Last year i went to kovlam.. Thekedi.. Munar.. Allepy... Cochin.. I tested so many dishes.. Ayurveda is ok but we north and east Indian you know we give priority to taste and frequently go to vellore CMCH. 😝

Just like thaikoodam bridge, we do have another band called AGAM. Basically from Bangalore,it's lead singer is from Kerala. If you love to listen progressive karnatic rock music, which is an amalgamation of Rock and Indian Classicals, I'm recommending you to check out AGAM band's musics...I'm sure you will love it.
