Nahida is more flexible and probably better than shenhe, as shenhe can only used in cryo teams. However, if Alhaitham is good enough for dendro, then Shenhe is ok to get. Otherwise, pull Nahida

You're better off pulling for shenhe, midsplitter is a general improvement but the problem is that weapons banner requires a higher wish count to guarantee the weapon you want starting at 0 pity. Worst case you'd need 270 wishes if you are really unlucky against the 180 on the character banner if not guaranteed.
