Barbs revives the dead character the moment they die, while Qiqi needs her ult and you can decide to revive them or not with a single click on her ult. Although having C100 Barbs, I rather control when I want them revived. And it's going to be useful in the abyss where you can't use food. Since I believe there is a CD with the single character revival. This is my understanding of the different Kits between Barbs and Qiqi.

I know another underrated healer (that is useless if you’re at high Ar): Levelling up. I literally did it during the Childe boss fight, and yeah, why get a healer or food, if you just can lev up your character. We don’t want the full hp that we get, go to waste right? That’s why I always have at least 200 spare red&purple books. (I forgot their name-)
