Doesn’t really look like a street car to me.... looks like a purpose built race car with half an interior and stuff all roll cage...
It is just a well set-up street car. Plenty of people drive track cars on the street without carpet and with half-cages.

It's for street registered cars but it was also the first time for the event in Australia
Worst event ever, went on the Sunday for a few hours and zero action except db drag racing.
