Once again, superb footage- thanks for posting. She looks like she is not steaming fast enough and consequently at the mercy of the following sea. U certainly get some rough seas at la caruna!!
Very beautiful video, I wish I was aboard at that time. Great to see Black Watch Rocking and rolling over these long and big swell into the bay of La Coruna. Very good video, I love it! Greetings, Koen. (from the Netherlands)
Holy Cow!!! Amazing... What is also interesting, is that she rides the seas very different than Saga Ruby.. Although the seas are diffferent, her ride is incredibly different.. Thanks for sharing.
José Me gusta mas la entrada que la salida, como siempre tienes unos vídeos acojonantes un saludo

Amazing stuff!,she 'surfs' the cross swell and it gets pretty rough towards the end and it's a HOLY FUCK! moment when the ships screws almost break thru the water.
It was earlier that year that we went on the Black Watch, from Dover to Norway. A beautiful cruise. Lovely heading north, but a bit rough coming back down the North Sea. Norway was lovely
Es una "vieja dama" que seguirá navegando unos años más, precioso barco. No tuvo tanta suerte el "Saga Rose", hoy salió de A Coruña hacia Southampton en su último viaje antes de ser, probablemente, desguazado. Saludos
One of the three ships originally built for Royal Viking Line backin 1972-73. The former Royal Viking Sea, Star and Sky have retained their modern good looks.
Indeed they have. I have admired all three ships since I first saw photos of them as a boy back in '73. Can't wait to FINALLY sail on 'Black Watch' in 2018!
Si, el Black Watch entró por el canal de Seixo Branco y a su estribor quedaban las olas rompiendo en el banco de Xacentes. Buena observación, estupendas para hacer surf, jejeje. Saludos
I've been watching this in the evenings recently, to take my mind off other things. There is something very comforting about it!
I don't think I will ever tire of watching this one!
Wow what a rollercoaster of a wave nearly lifting the stern right out of the water excellent video too thanks for sharing.

Came across this video today - it was wonderful. How did the first explorers ever manage to get across the ocean - what perils they had to deal with!
Hello Koen, thank you for your nice comment.

Una pregunta.... En la primera parte del vídeo las olas que rompen son la de las Xacentes?....

😮😍😍😍
wouldnt it suck to be on that ship in those rough waves
It looks much the same as the Boudicca, actually to me it looks pretty much identical.
It looks like it's close to sinking at times. Put me off going on this cruise line thank you
pinkpoo007 hahaha
Craziness. Do some research about the seas in this port of call before badmouthing the ship here. You ain't' seen nothing yet..
