Toni Ann, as a Jamaican living in London who collect records, I love these videos. Thank you. You need to buy a record player and unearth your father's records. I'm waiting patiently and eagerly anticipating that video. What I'm sure of is that your father will have some killer records in his stash. Stay good Empress and keep up the good work.
Thanks so much this comment really touched me... my dad did I remember he had Anita Baker Album - Rapture, Earth wind and fire, Teddy Pendergast, Steaphanie Mills, Shalamar, Micheal Jackson Thiller lol I just hope they still work. Any suggestions for a beginner looking to by a LP player? I see so many options on Amazon I am confused lol
Great video thank you! I grew up playing records in the 80s and it never leaves you the touch and feel of putting the record on the record player, it’s very tactile. Studying the artwork on the album cover was another part of buying an LP. Bless up! 😊
Thanks! same here. My dad use to play it back in the 80s so many childhood memories
Was there in februari, legendary shop, will for sure come back later this year.. Thanks for the free album, bought some killah choons.. Big Up Rockers International

You just told me your age. You are very young. If you don't know about those records.45 and LP lol😂
lol haha I’m actually closely to that age lol but I don’t recall the 45s lol
@@travelwithtoniannmakes sense. If you were born on r around 1980 then I would surmise your interest in music would be say age 10 or 1990, by which time CDs were the norm.
