I think you can copy ANY video idea so long as proper credit is given. "I saw _______ do this & I loved the idea so...I'll link the video or his/her channel below." If that's done, I think it's a positive thing that can actually help drive traffic to the original creator. That's the kind of thing that makes UA-cam a community, imo.😊

So I agree with this along as the new video is also different enough from the original idea, because then it might legitimately be infringing on the original creators copyright. So as long as the new person makes it recognizable their own and trying to stay within fair use rules. Basically someone might make a video like Sophia's trying the exact same shoes, wearing them for a week and styling them in different ways to make them work. It's like... That might get into some sketchy territory of infringing on Sophia's copyright.... Idk how much a court would want to see being different from the original. I do know Nosferatu when it was first put out as a movie was banned in multiple countries because it infringed on the copyright law on Bram Stoker's Dracula and lots of copies of it were destroyed. So you can make a video and it could violate the copyright for a book.
I am in the midst of one if the worst anxiety/depression days I have had in a long time. I called out of work and have been sleeping or crying all day. But this video was helping me relax, and then Bunny looked at the camera and told me everything would be okay. And I needed that so bad. Thank you Bunny, so much.

I was so obsessed with care bears when I was little, but being 1 of 7 in a low income family you take hits. No barbies, no care bears, no cabbage patch kids... etc. I had an amazing childhood regardless of what I got, but I still remember being sad about it. Love these videos. They are very relaxing. We're stationed overseas in England because my husband is active duty in the Air Force. We've been here for 4 years now and we just found out that we'll get to be here for another 4 year tour. Because of the ratings system here, we've decided to only watch things like UA-cam, Netflix, movie rentals, ect. We are SSSOOO beyond thankful to you for making two safe, family-friendly channels that we can watch together!!! I know that you worry that people might not watch your videos if other people have already made videos about it. But I am very confident that we as the swamp family would rather see you do it, so we'd watch your videos even if we have seen other people do them already. For me and my family, we don't watch very many UA-camrs, so the chances of us seeing someone else do videos of the same thing are pretty small. Anyway, we love you and we really appreciate you being willing to share so much of your life with us! It helps home seem like it's not so far away. We're literally half way across the world and you help keep us connected to what's going on in the states (for example: there are no Redbox kiosks here so we were just talking the other day and I asked my husband if they're still a thing in the states. He didn't know. Then we wondered if they would still be around when we leave England). P.S. we absolutely love the poems of the day! It's such an awesome idea!

I think gathering inspiration from other creators is super fair and frequently a positive thing to do, so long as they’re given credit. You’re always great about giving things your own spin. I think what is most important is creating content that makes YOU happy!

There were that many blue bears, but the variation of blue was more noticeable between each bear; so, I don’t think it felt like there were that many blue bears. Also not all the same bears were focused on in every movie, so that helped too.

We're stationed overseas in England because my husband is active duty in the Air Force. We've been here for 4 years now and we just found out that we'll get to be here for another 4 year tour. Because of the ratings system here, we've decided to only watch things like UA-cam, Netflix, movie rentals, ect. We are SSSOOO beyond thankful to you for making two safe, family-friendly channels that we can watch together!!!
I know that you worry that people might not watch your videos if other people have already made videos about it. But I am very confident that we as the swamp family would rather see you do it, so we'd watch your videos even if we have seen other people do them already. For me and my family, we don't watch very many UA-camrs, so the chances of us seeing someone else do videos of the same thing are pretty small. Anyway, we love you and we really appreciate you being willing to share so much of your life with us! It helps home seem like it's not so far away. We're literally half way across the world and you help keep us connected to what's going on in the states (for example: there are no Redbox kiosks here so we were just talking the other day and I asked my husband if they're still a thing in the states. He didn't know. Then we wondered if they would still be around when we leave England).
P.S. we absolutely love the poems of the day! It's such an awesome idea!

I'd seen a review before but I didn't see any that compared it to a crimper or that did it quite the same way you did. You always seem to go more in depth and I love that so much.

In the beauty community at least, I've noticed people get really upset when people copy others but DONT credit them. I personally think it would great to see your take, or even if it was the same thing. I think it happens a lot i feel like goes with the trends. And honestly. I think the drama between those "mua" and the stupid title, is STUPID.

Heather J There weren't. I just forced my kid to watch the original Care Bears movie with me (it used to be my favorite!!), and there weren't so many blue bears. ;-)
There were that many blue bears, but the variation of blue was more noticeable between each bear; so, I don’t think it felt like there were that many blue bears. Also not all the same bears were focused on in every movie, so that helped too.
