Glad you gave the top tip...... do not open the oven door whilst cooking. Great Yorkshires there. Traditionally they are made in a larger tin and are eaten before the main meal with onion gravy. Here in Yorkshire we are so proud, although it is believed the recipes came with the Norman French in the 11th century.

Ok. These are supposed to be light and flakey hollow. Mine came out 2 minutes sooner and they were too soft fluffy but eggy like.
