I’ve actually been looking into advisors lately, the news I’ve been seeing in the market hasn’t been so encouraging. who’s the person guiding you?
I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.
I can’t focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 3years, you see I’ve got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/unstable market doesn’t provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?
There are many ways to gain mouth-watering profits, particularly in a down market, but such complicated trades can only be executed by qualified market gurus.
I agree; my profit has remained constant regardless of the state of the market. I entered the market in early 2019 but was discouraged by the persistent downtrends and losses, so I sold off. I later returned to the market in December 2020, this time with advice from an investment adviser who was recommended by a well-known economist on a subreddit. To make a long story short, it's been two years and I've made over $850k by following his advice.
Definitely! All of this happened in less than a year after ''Jackson Sten Marsh.' told me what to do. I started with less than $100,000, and now I'm about 17,000 short of having a quarter million dollars.
Saddle up. The Fed needs to raise, raise, raise. Interest rates are still way too low. They must crush inflation or you can kiss your wealth goodbye.
When i first started trading
That did not end well.
Then i stopped using real money for a while.
I would just load up trading view and look at it and go ok the next candle is going up / down
and i did this a lot
I took notes of what was going on when i was right / wrong.
I learned when not to trade. and when my chances were better at winning.
After a while of doing this. I was getting more right then wrong and winning far more pips then losing.
Then i put $ back in. And traded exactly the same way with real $.
I made back all i lost. And a few years later i have built my account up to where i can take out in a week what used to take me a year to earn at the day job.
PATIENCE
Slow down.
Take your time
Plan out one trade a day. And stick to it. No changes.
This is true I started trading 6 months ago and for 6 months I stayed on demo because it’s quick dopamine when u win but this game requires strategy, discipline and confidence. You’ll only get that through practice.
@Flower7 yeah u should have a certain amount of trades u do a day in order to stop this and no matter what u gotta exit the market once u reach ur limit or else ur will put a lot of stress on u just for money

I been through all this. biggest lesson I hard to realize for my self is, I am not the type of person to mimic someone else's strategy because 99.99% of people have a strategy is too inconsistent for my personality. So I did months of studying thousands of charts and there history to realize a consistent strategy that plays by dead cat bounce with a gap fill following a penny stock that has reached a high of at least 30% and has retraced its pattern base on a 3 - 7 day period but this is where I excel because of my experience to purchase at the nearest bottom and to have patience with in that day - 3 to allow that dead cat bounce to trigger. but my loss point is max 10% in which has shown maybe every 1-100th of the time to never have that bounce. After I finish this 1k-100k in less than 3 months challenge I plan on studying the depths of options and maybe bringing my strategy into that

Great advice from such a young person. I am 70. I wish I had this same advice when I was younger. I learned a lot from my losses (painful) Good Luck in your journey of investing and teaching/mentoring. What she sharing is very insightful.

Great honest video. The absolute number one rule in trading is don’t give up. Use your losses as a learning tool and never make the same mistake twice. You will always learn something new when you are consistently trading, evaluating, and studying. Most all of us have been where you are at one point or another. Keep God first, keep your head up, and get back in the game in a couple of weeks when your head is clear.

@Wayne For most people and in most situations your statement is true. However, for successful day traders who adhere to strict rules, proper risk management, and a strategy with a profitable win rate, one can be just as profitable. Most people who blow up large or small accounts are not using proper risk management. It is a lesson that can only be bought.

Thank you so much for sharing this one.I knew everything about risks management, positioning and and sizing,The problems came out when my ego gets the best of me and assumed that I know Market that much and ignored to apply those risks management perimeters. I will never ever let's my ego to destroyed my greenery portfolio again. I blew up almost everything including margin balance.I have been praying ,crying and begging the market to give my money back but nothing happened. I am hurt,feel guilty, stupid, regret and almost about to give up. I couldn't expect this market to robbed me like that!!! The beauty of this catastrophic circumstance, I have learned a lot, hopefully ,there will no room for another calamity like this in my future trading sessions.

So much truth in the video! It about the journey in the daily lessons.. Some lessons are HARD. BACK TEST , Backtest. It is not a race.. Understanding yourself, where you are in the journey. It about growing everyday mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically and LAST is financially. Financial is last not first.
