OneFC is a joke like their CEO Chatri Sityodtong. Denise Zamboanga obviously won, but I guess they promised the Korean fighter to give the win just to sign on OneFC. Even OneFC announcers Michael Schiavello and Mitch Chilson mentioned that they think Zamboanga won before the announcement. CHEATER!

the fuck? the judges really need their scoring criteria looked at. I also think eddie should instead of trying for a take down used his take down lunge to just drive him to the fence and used dirty boxing and muay thai bc his comeback was good enough to win the match.

I felt Eddie won that one, neither fighter accomplished much in this fight but Eddie was in control of most of it and landed more strikes. If this fight continued OK was going down, Eddie was gassing out OK and in the last minute you could see that this was going to be heading in Eddies favour if time permitted.
This night was heartbreaking DJ got upset in the worst way and Eddie couldn't get redemption from the DQ from his last fight man....

And even more so, cheering for another human being to be kicked in the face, or given a bloody nose, or a black eye, beaten up, or “knocked out unconscious ”- Is extremely wrong in His eyes as well. When we see two people fighting we should be appalled or displeased at the sight of it, Not be happy or excited….

And I am sorry to say it, but He is right. The American Government has gotten rich off of televising tow men beating each other to a bloody pulp. That is unethical business practice and no man should ever want to make money from such a thing.

Alvarez showed about as much skill as a toddler. How many times can you attempt the same failed takedown again and again before you realize it’s not working? Is that the only technique he works on or what?
This must be a dive. Iv'e never seen Eddie fight so poorly. With Eddie's lightning fast bone crushing powerful combos. Linked with his amazing agility @ insane endurance. Alvarez should of made fairly quick work of his smaller opponent with his stand up game.
I bet the Asian dude offered old soon to be retired Eddie a number he couldn't refuse. That or Eddie's going brain dead. That pointless takedown attempt he tiresly tried @ failed throughout the entire fight...
He def deserves the loss.
It's not pretty but Eddie knew Ok Rae was long & dangerous striker
so the continuous takedown attempts, clinching up-dirty boxing-thai clinch-knees
grappling-holding Ok against the fence was the plan,
to wear his arms/gas out affecting Ok's weapons, while keeping him
on the defensive. You don't want a good striker to get comfortable.

Well, leaning on a guy against the fence doesn't get you points or any real advantage in a fight. Unless you can do something with it.
Not really happy with the scoring system here Edide being the more aggressive should of had more points.
fight shouldve ended at the first round imo, eddie didnt look like he was intelligently defending himself but props to him for recovering and fighting through the rounds
I remember this - it's that time Eddie beat OK for most of a 15 min fight and got his win and title shot stolen by the judges. I enjoyed this one, except the result.
I'll tune in for Eddie's next fight. Not interested in watching a title fight with Ok after seeing this performance.
Considering how easy it was for Ok to defend against Eddie's takedowns you would think he and his team would come up with a new strategy instead of running the same thing for the entirety of the match.

@@Shuborno we both know they have rubrics to follow in giving out scores. Eddie scores in attacking while Ok scores in defending. The number of times you saw Eddie attack and try to take down Ok is also the number times Ok scored by 'takedown defense'. Eddie should've changed strategies with the succeeding rounds. Objectively, this fight goes to the korean guy.
F'in eddy kept closing in to avoid being knocked down. Not to get a take down. He knew he wasnt able to get it since the middle of first round.
