@@jaylinjones1744 as an assistant he's ok..being in total control is a complete different story the university/music department knew that it was in the Jukes best interest by placing Taylor at the head...As far as LLI i wouldn't use them as an example they're at the bottom range of all star bands behind The MAAB, New Orleans, & Memphis to name a few....Doc Gregg's (RIP) Jackson nor Heymer would have poured cereal on themselves in the middle of a JSU SU battle....you're absolutely right with KIDS that might be ok....👍🏽👌🏽

No matter how much these people want to talk like they are musicians or love the hobby of playing their intruments, they don't. I'm convimced that they don't. It's too easy for the majority of the people that comment on these videos to spout all kinds of ignorant statements and negative bias toward their favored band. I lost respect for SWAC bands and the community a long long time ago. I drop in on a video to scratch thag old itch from time to time, and the comments just remind me why I left.

Even tho TALLADEGA may have size they need to clean up there style of play an implement and execute better technique to stand up to SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY on one of the biggest stages in the world..... social media can hurt your numbers if you have a bad stand! So its back to the drawing board for TALLADEGA..... SOUTHERN FLAME ON! SHOUT TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, LOVE ONE'S, Classmates, Bandmates, Mentors! BE SAFE AND ENJOY YOURSELF Mardi Gras 20/20, MUCH LOVE ALWAYS! TC biggest problem is that they challenge ppl to be louder than them. Southern can do that with style and musicality. Southern already know they are louder than most bands. They surprise them when they play in and out of box in one song. TC just be blowing when they don’t have to. But overall, good battle. I enjoyed it and am proud of both bands. 💪🏾💪🏾

I spent most of this video trying to figure out if Dega was to close to Showtime. Couldn't really make out a lot of their songs from the over blasting. I like bands that play loud but not to the point they lose the quality. SU was smoother kinda like Rumquila, sooner or later it'll hit you. Thriller had me🤯.
