The three buildings are designed by the architect Nicolae Porumbescu.

A fost construită în anii 1970 și adăpostește Palatul Administrativ Satu Mare, care la momentul construirii lui era cea mai înaltă clădire din Transilvania. Alte clădiri importante din cartier includ Casa de Cultură a Sindicatelor și Complexul Comercial Someșul. Cele trei clădiri sunt proiectate de arhitectul Nicolae Porumbescu.

Așa ii frumos orașul dar clădirile sunt ne întreținute 😢. Cladirea aia administrativă si blocurile din jur sunt ca si la Cernobîl

Da asa este din pacate arata deplorabil,ar trebuii reabilitate dar sa pastreze acest stil brutalist.La Palatul administrativ exista un proiect care prevede reabilitarea cladiri.
