Mel has started bringing the energy that we fell in love with her for when she was interviewed on the JBP. She talks more. She has a point of view. She looks more comfortable. You guys are reading the judge's comments backward. She's implying that they are throwing the case on purpose because they have been paid off or threatened. They are trying to get a mistrial and the judge is not giving it to them because the case was a good case and they should have been able to close it up.
