American Pinball Barry O's BBQ Challenge: Hot saucers! Captured at Golden State Pinball Festival.

Ok, I admit I liked this game more than I should have. Not my theme by a mile but I like the shots and the "saucers" felt really good. Flames and hotrods was the highlight of it all.

Our friend bought this At Allentown Pinfest and the amount of disgusted looks he received while carting it out was hilarious.
I will say though, I seriously am surprised with how much we’ve all enjoyed playing it. The games most likely going to flop, but it’s honestly a lot of good fun and now it’s a MAJOR talking point in his collection.

It's a head turner for sure. I love Barry Oursler's games so I'm biased towards respecting his legacy, theme aside, the game shoots good and there's no denying that.

I love barry o, but for the price and todays market, this game feels utterly forgettable and im wondering why. It gets old fast, flippers arent great, novelty wears off and theres not much there.

It's hard to gauge the replay value of this game but the theme alone is a big stay away for me. Flippers have always been soggy on AP but the game I played were somewhat improved from GTF and LOV. I might be imagining.

@@DRI374 that's part of my point. After rhe initial lighting luster and plays wear off, it's utterly forgettable...which is a shame. It has good intent.
