    I was playing almost everyday now my body is soo heavy and my lower body is too weary and heavy to play . I can play but it literally feels like im playing on E . Sucks cause no matter how hard I want to try my body just can't handle the strain . I'm gonna take a week off

      Overtraining affects all areas of performance, not just specific areas.

      They do not, they just have a higher capacity of training than a normal person with the best recovery

      Big player dont do this… they have days where they do light work and other days with heavier work load. If you train fotball everyday without managing the load you will become worse
