nah my grandma lived in san Diego CA and she had a garden in the back yard and she used to foster baby cats and she told me she had a neighbor watch all of them out of town came back garden was trashed and half the baby cats were slaughtered they took some of the cats to a specialist and they said it was due to coyotes

you know this whole thing reminds me of the time I once walked up on a mother coyote and her family's den. I was just walking along the shore of the creek that ran thru my father's land and I was sitting there, by the bank... only to hear a stone move behind me, since the bank was of rocks.

There was full grown coyote, just looking at me, since I had some food in my hand behind her was 3 lil shapes, mere 2 weeks old. ended up giving her some steak I had prepared for my meal, as I planned to camp out there.

That coyote was dead mere seconds after the video ended whether or not the guy shot it. Everything feels pain when it dies. Hunters do their best to make it as little as possible, but there is no such thing as an instant painless death outside of some injections. Even when you shoot an animal in the heart and it drops like a sack of rocks it still takes a second for actual, like, DEATH to happen. Death hurts. Live with it.
