It's funny what a little bit of editing can do. /watch?v=iSMYyjrukLs Must have been hard for them to pick songs from this set that could possibly be salvaged through editing.
Man, Kyo really should have stopped the first half of the performance until the staff did something about the sound. I mean, dir en grey still kept going like they can't stop now but the staffs here seriously ruined it.
i have no idea why they leave toshiya for different sense in that part also. toshiya sound is not dynamic enough for that part requested few voice to get the harmony.
The concert was awesome! But I hated the sound system this year. I stood in 3rd row, in front of toshiya and couldn't hear anything except for bass and Bass drums. Those huge subwoofers in front of the stage blaste away everything! too bad =/
yes but it is not the point, as a musician should be considerate the whole outcomes. not only their instrument part. but if their ability is limited . they can also request their stuff/backstage guys to preset some sound effect or filling the emptiness. just like they did added effect to Saku or Obscure or some more at they earlier years live performance.
Not saying im on the sound tech's side. Im not, he sucks. But in a stage like that where its band after band, it is a little hard to get everything right. And it happens. BUT! he got nothing right. So he sucks.
としやさんの動き好きやわ。

lyrics: gasp
Kaoru: WUOOH
He´s not good with english...Plus, he´s a guitar player not a singer, fuck the lyrics...
Yeah! Merciless cult is a classic! Wasn't expecting them to play it
2:03
fucking Kaoru, man. him in this song was my favorite part of all of Wacken.
Lucky
That was intense, best version i've heard. And Kaoru's backing vocals, shiet.
Die's growls are beautiful in themselves. I'd like to see him front a growling song xD
1:58mickey mouse
2:11 to 2:15 was the most brutal growls ever!!!!
no anymore visual kei on Dir en Grey >.> is a good part anyway they are great now
Thanks for upload

dir en grey is to much underrated in europe
Every Japanese band is underrated outside of Asia
i bought a album with this song on it in japan couldnt find it in belguim (sad)
Have you thought that maybe die and kaoru cant do that in different sense cuz theyre doing the solo?

@DestroySteve Okay Shin's drums sound good. So he is not a total fail. :P
@anbmjj Toshiya used a more growlier style and Kaoru low shouts. i like Toshiya's better but still, Kaoru does a good job and it fits.
This is the Dir en grey I like, look at Kyo fucking go in the Chorus and listen to Kaoru, shiiiit.
Shitty guitar tone though.
