You wouldn’t, actually. Because this is unfortunately WAY WAYY too small for ANY bullfrog. You can’t put a frog or toad larger than a fire bellied toad into this sized paludarium. She’s on the right path but this isn’t sufficient.

Hello.. I have an African Bull Frog as a pet. I've had him for about 6-7 months and he's making great progress. He used to eat regularly, but recently he just stopped. I fed him super guts (6-9 pieces every 4 days) As much as he wanted to take. Is it a lot and now he has eaten too much or is the problem something else? How often should I feed him? How many days do you feed yours? thanks in advance

Love this! I need to get over my fear and do a water feature. Why probe under substrate? Wont the temp be different from the top layer of soil? Do you just keep that in mind?

I have a Year and couple month old male named Diesel. I have him in a 10 gallon tub at this moment. I'll very much like to set up something like yours. By the way i don't see much yellow or any on his under side.

UVB lights are a mixed bag. First of all the quality is very different in different products. Secondly, they degrade over time and lastly many amphibian food supplements already come with added vitamin D3. If the animal is basking a lot AND gets D3 supplemented, it can cause about as much of a problem as supplying too little D3. That even goes for humans.
A good hide like shown in the video is very important, so they don't have to sit in the "sun" all day, if they don't want to.
How do you change the water?
What type of tank is that I actually just got a tadpole of a bull frog I’m just planning stuff out ahead of time do that I already have it planned out plz help me to find a decent sized tank.!!!

My pixie frogs plexiglass divider worked wonders for several months and then it failed and flooded the substrate 🤦♀️ Temporarily in a tank with a shallow plastic bin nested in a second bin so I can take it out and clean if needed, and it holds about 2 gallons. Of course he never goes into the water but IT'S FINE
Never? My pixie stays in his water the majority of the time and rarely burrys in the substrate but at a little over a year is outgrowing his 55 gallon pixies grow so quick he is my first pixie he got his first crayfish last night and loved them which is good for the extra calcium

It would be good for a young frog or a female my male went from a 5 g to 10 g and 10 to 55 gallon in the first year they grow really quick compared to pacman or tomato frogs ect... and yes pixie frogs are African bullfrogs
