Thanks for the video! I did my best to translate it into volume measurements and used 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 3.5 tbsp butter, and 1 tbsp liquid, and it frosted three cupcakes with a bit left over
So with coffee buttercream, you want to disolve 1 tbsp of instant coffee to 1 tbsp of hot water, then let that cool. Use that as your liquid and if you need anymore add a little milk until its the consistency you want. Also, the milk doesn't have to be cold 😊 hope that helps 😊
I used milk but if you wanted to use a different liquid like vanilla extract or coffee to give it a different taste. You could even use water if you have no milk 😊
I wanted to say thank you. I don't have a mixer and I started to feel like one is required to bake. This video was super helpful ❤
I'm glad it helped 😊 I felt that way too, hence why I wanted to find a way of making buttercream without one
Super helpful, thank you! I'm still saving up for a stand mixer, so I appreciate this more simple method in the meantime. 😁 Thank you, Kelly!
I'm glad I can help 😊
