All of the caps you pulled out, - (even though they tested good), - you did not test them for "Dielectric Absorption" !! This happened to me too !! The Sencore "LC77" saved my ass !! It catches the caps that you think are OK !! 73's , Gary Grove CET Retired Minneapolis, MN
