So this means that everything that happened to us doesnt matter. At all. All the emotional, mental, physical abuse, the scars it left. None of it matters. Its just some bullshit that happened too bad so sad, there's no remedy, and if you wana be happy, try to forget.
It does matter deeply. All suffering is paving the way to hear the invitation deep within our hearts to come back to the ‘peace that passes understanding’. However, we can and have to deal with it all now. Otherwise we just perpetuate the suffering from the past 🙏
