🌲 Hello and welcome to Holmåkra 22! 🌲
In this series, we'll mainly focus on forestry and logging! With different setups, mods, etc.
In this episode, we'll cut down and stack the last few trees that have been affected by the meteorite impact that we marked in the previous episode. To help us complete the job today, we'll be using the Ponsse Ergo 8-wheel tree harvester and the Ponsse Elephant King forwarder.

At the moment my favorite harvester is the Rottne. And for forwarders I prefer the Komatsu 😁

why not Ponsse? They work bad in game?
Not at all, but the base game Ponsse can't really cut down big trees compared to the Rottne. There is a Ponsse Scorpion on Modhub which is by far one of the coolest tree harvesters available if you ask! 😄 With mods I'm also a big fan of tracked feller bunchers. 😁

Hey i have new acount and to make forrstry easier a did set the moving of it to joysticks on my steering wheel and it is much better than before and great video❤

What’s you field of view set to
It's set to 60 - but it might look different because I use a headtracker. 😄
You make it look so easy , I can barely get logs on the ponsee ...the claws keep bugging out , any suggestions?
I agree, the Ponsse seem to have a weaker claw compared to the other forwarders, not sure why. 😄 So my only suggestion is to only grab a few logs at a time, to make it easier. 😁

use mod to make trucks move faster? and steering sensitivity
My sensitivity is set to 100% all around, with a little bit of increased deadzone to avoid micro adjustments. 😄
