Survival Bic Lighter DIY Kit

We've put together a set of supplies designed to fit against the frame of a lighter. Some of the supplies adhere (tapes, mirrors, glow surfaces) and other tools are attached by wrapping a ranger band around them against the lighter (cuff key, blade, kevlar saw).
Carry one lighter while simultaneously carrying a survival kit. All in your pocket. Quick deploy and use as needed.

You should remove the child safety device, it will make the lighter easier to use in an emergency. I use rubber faucet washers to prevent from accidentally depressing the gas button. After the lighter is out of fuel, it can still be used as a sparker wheel. Thanks for sharing.

Removing the safety also allows quicker drying of the lighter in the event it gets submerged!
