We need these cameras at Northgate way and 5th Ave in Northgate. I am nearly hit daily by drivers that have no knowledge if the rules of the road or common sense.

Often through traffic feel pressured the move into the box by people waiting to make a right turn on red. The right turn on red needs to be modified to make it clear that the through traffic has the right of way even if they are waiting to enter the intersection.

no cyclist wants to be on the road with a car either, for fear of their safety. investing in better biking infrastructure that gives bikers a better route than taking the roads alongside cars will fix that.
If you think Mercer is ever going to be safe you're delusional. It's the most used street to get in and out of Seattle. My personal opinion, stop bending to the will of pedestrians or cyclists.

Right, blocking the box is only part of the issue. Signal timing is terrible here.
Not to mention some of those crosswalks don’t have a solid white line showing the traffic where to stop.

there is no way to tell if you will be able to clear the intersection until you are in it
Cars, people, and poop blocking roads and businesses is all good but cars in the crosswalks, hold on now! You just can’t make up this insanity
Well construction causes this mess. People leave to much room between them 3-4 cars per light it takes 10 min getting through.
Sorry, but not having a solid white line at some of those crosswalks, implies the driver does not have to worry about blocking anything.
I know education is not a thing anymore, but maybe the city should use that ticket money to reeducate the public.
How about enforcing the fking speed limits more.

Last time I rode a bike in Seattle cars barreled into the bike lane and cut other cars off to go around,and the road had the bump barriers
