    Hey Nate, thank you for your help in hitting my goal in my first half marathon yesterday. Watched a lot of your videos & implemented many of your training strategies both mentally & physically. Had a goal of sub 2 hours & finished 1:54:38. Today I am feeling exhausted yet fulfilled-and ready to sign up for the next one. Appreciate all you do, keep thriving!

    I plan on doing like high miles a week when I do a half marathon not over 100 that's too much

      Yeah 100 miles a week is not needed to run a quality half-marathon. I had to learn that one the hard way my friend. Keep up the great work and appreciate you stopping in.
