      Thanks Nathan great vid. Very helpful. How do we extend out threshold runs out to 7 - 10 miles without exceeding the 20/80% idea and thus risking injury????

      Patience and giving yourself 28 days..it normally takes this long to adapt to each specific stress load. Hope this helps
