Edit: I sort of wanted to go back to his fathers house one day while rengoku is at work and try and talk some sense into his father, tell him that his son is a demon slayer, a hashira and that is a dangerous job, his father knows that more than anyone. And that one day his son might die in battle,and he will regret all the time he spent pushing his son away, and tel, him that everyone dies eventually, so he should get over his wife’s death considering he had more than enough time to do so and he should spend his remaining years happy and enjoying it with the people he love, hopefully that would get through to him,were technically part of his family now that were with rengoku.
